Beacon NIBM Pune

It was a fantastic stay, the property is located near to high street which has lots of good places to go, the food and beverages are also extremely nice, receptionist suryavanshi also was a delight when he served us.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the ambience was really nice. Staff were very supportive, especially Bharat and Chetan — they were always ready to help. The veg food was tasty and good in quality. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Staff was terrible, you have 2 women absolutely look like they hate being there, Friday 4th July, 4pm. One who’s wearing a blue and white T shirt. You would think they was forced to work there, miserable unhappy, rude. And the only saving grace are what I hope is the steward named chetan and Receptionist nikhil. No liquor, restaurant doesn't have variety of continental dishes, not taking orders at 10pm. took an hour to deliver ice cream, house keeper sells water bottles on additional charges. Begs for charges at every service. Don't know why but they transferred all reception calls to my room. other clients calling me at midnight for water bottles and bath towels!! Asked to call manager at midnight for hot water resolution, she swears at him for calling late, Poor alone lad opening gate at night as security sleeps on Poarch. Wifi is poor, no hot water for 3 days, water leaks in restaurant. Breakfast buffet starts at 9am, No bath linen till 6pm. Had to stay here miserably as company made paid reservation.

Well maintained. Will definitely come back again Special thanx to Chetan and bharat. Hotel is a new one. So very things frsh 😊

Hotel is good and all amenities are there as mentioned. Breakfast service and quality is excellent . Chetan from the hotel service team is polite and caters to all requests. Overall a nice experience and worth the money

the room was very cozy and cute. washroom is my personal fav. bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable.loved the stay!!
