Lotus Farms Resort, Mahableshwar

Our stay at Lotus Farms was exactly what we needed as a family — calm, scenic, and filled with simple joys. The property offers a lovely mix of nature and comfort, making it ideal for both kids and adults to unwind. The atmosphere felt homely, the staff were courteous, and everything from the rooms to the surroundings was thoughtfully maintained. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, and family bonds grow stronger. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat.

The hotel was clean, but we had asked for garden view something very different we had an restaurant in front of room. Food was not that great service was very slow.

I am writing this review specifically to mention the administration of this property is really awful. I had happened to book this property directly and we interacted with their Sales Person or Coordinator Mr. Tanmay, he booked the property for us and mentioned that you might have to shift to another room the next day incase the rooms are full to which we said yes. We checked in at the hotel on 1st May and 2nd May at 1:30pm their staff came and said that sir has asked you to check out and check in in a new room. I requested that i have parents who are senior citizens and if we can stay in this room or we were about to change the room we should have been informed prior.to which this guy Tanmay literally harrased over phone by keep on calling her. I literally got irritated and managed to get another to which the balcony chairs were all dirty and there were constant water logging in washroom which never got rectified. My complaint is to this Guy Tanmay who is doesn't have manners how to speak to client. If the owner of this property is reading I would urge to take an action against him. Apart from that location is good, staff is friendly and food is also fine.

Staff behaviour and service is good. Spa discount 20% not given and welcome drink was not provided as per mention at the time of booking. and overall experience was good

lotus farms location is very good but Property is not maintained at all, in spite of overcharging, very understaffed property. We took BF and Lunch package, food was tasty but very limited items being served. Service need to improve lot, Swimming tank not at all maintained, in spite of booking Suit, Bathrobes , toiletries quality is not good. Every thing needs to ask then staff will provide service. Overall not a good experience nor going for repeated Stay.

The property is great, except the shower in the room was not properly functional and the staff from the reception does not respond well. His attitude was not apt to be in a 3 star hotel rather it was like from some random lodge.
