Perfect Avalon house and location! Great house, great location! The house is really nice, larger than it looks with plenty of room to relax and unwind. It's well equipped, with towels, sheets, games, puzzles, beach equipment and lots of cooking supplies too! The location is perfect, just a few steps to beach access, with no roads to cross, which was really convenient, especially with 3 kids. It's also located really close to Avalon's small boardwalk (arcade, restaurant, ice cream) and just a few blocks to downtown Avalon for all of your shopping needs. Richard was an exceptional host, I really appreciated his communication throughout the process. I'd highly recommend this home for anyone (especially families) looking for a great place to relax and spread out in Avalon!

Avalon 2024 Our stay was very enjoyable. The property was clean and well equipped. A short walk to the beach without crossing a street.

Beach getaway! We had a wonderful time during our stay! Richard was a gracious host who was great to communicate and work with both before and during our stay. The location of the property was perfect for our families and the ease of getting to the beach with kids was amazing!! We had a great week and would recommend this property.
