Great location. Quiet despite being close to train station. Clean and comfortable room. Black out curtains. Fancy soap and shower gel. Tasty good value breakfast.

Service and food from Lorraine was incredible. couldn't have asked for anything more. Made a great trip even better after a long day. Clean and spacious rooms. beds were so comfortable which was needed after a full day of travelling. we will definitely be coming again

En ce qui concerne l'hôtel, les chambres et la restauration sont de qualité inférieure par rapport à d'autres hôtels Premier Inn que nous avons pu faire mais concernant le stationnement, nous avions fait les démarches pour payer à la borne de stationnement. Celle-ci ne fonctionnait pas. Nous l'avons signaler à l'hôtesse d'accueil qui nous a dit que ce n'était pas grave comme nous logions dans l'hôtel. Du coup nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise, après notre retour, de devoir nous acquitté d'une contravention pour non-paiement du stationnement par le biais de notre agence de location de voiture. L'hôtel, contacté par mail, n'a pas répondu.

Since our last visit they now have electric charging points in the car park. You also need to register your car on arrival for free parking. It has the usual style of Premier inn rooms, which are comfortable. It was quiet even though we backed on to a railway line. There's limited speed Wi Fi ,and even more limited mobile reception, but that's the location. We sat in the car!! For ease we had dinner in their cafe which was good, and breakfast is more than adequate. There is an Italian restaurant opposite for evening meals or it's a short walk into town.

Simple and comfortable, but with totally inadequate wifi - surprisingly poor in today’s world, particularly in a place where mobile data is weak to non-existent. We wondered why Premier Inn here is so out of date, having just been on Orkney where the wifi provision was fast and efficient in all hotels, self-catering and restaurants?

Great location, considerate staff, hence putting us in a bigger room so we could share with our tandem. Food good, nothing fancy but tasted good. The bed was lovely and comfy, especially after 53 hard miles cycling. Shower lovely and hot!!!

Friendly helpful staff, good room, quiet and clean. We slept well in a comfy bed. The breakfast was good. Lorraine, our helpful bar lady, was lovely and friendly. Downside: We had the meal deal. I had the curry but requested some plain yoghurt and some peas. Now, considering both were available (the peas were offered with the fish and chips and yoghurt was on the breakfast menu and I'd have paid extra) they refused me both with no explanation. That soured my experience. It just seemed niggardly to me, as well as illogical and annoying.

Had a lovely stay for a couple of days, staff were friendly and helpful, would stay here again! as we went there for a relaxing break also the food was good value for money, lovely clean room and the atmosphere was family friendly, an all round five stars! :)

A great stay in Aviemore as usual. The three o’clock check-in would benefit customers if it was a little bit relaxed. We arrived 11 minutes before it and even though the room was ready we weren’t allowed to check-in. The highlight was dinner on Sunday night. Lorraine our waitress gave us great food recommendations and kept us entertained. She’s a real credit to your hotel.
