"الغرف صغيرة جداً ولكن نظيفة التكييف ضعيف. حتى مع آلة القهوة. الموقع ممتاز جدا ويتم دفع رسوم المواقف منفصلة ومقبولة. كما يبدو انه تم دفع 15 يورو باليوم. ولكن اذا دخلت كراج السيارات وخرجت في وقت لاحق يجب عليك دفع رسوم المواقف منفصلة ايضا حسب الساعة"

"Located near one of the entrances to the old part of the city, the room was comfortable and quite spacious. The mattress was excellent, but unfortunately there was only one pillow per person. Hotels usually have at least two pillows. There was a built-in closet with shelves and a wardrobe compartment. In the shower, the shampoo and shower gel were in packets and there was no soap. Interestingly, we were given one set of soap and towels for two people. The hotel has a laundry service. Washing costs 3 euros, drying 2 euros. The finale is essentially empty, but it's there. The breakfast was surprisingly varied. Four types of cheese, stewed vegetables, and cold cuts. The hotel accepts cards and cash. If paying with cash, make sure you have the exact amount and no change."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Papal Palace! However, the facilities are on par with a budget motel, definitely not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel; it barely scrapes by as a 3-star. Perhaps because it's an old building, the hallways are incredibly narrow and dim. The room was tiny, with no trash can except for a miniature one in the bathroom. There wasn't even a proper desk, just a small 40cm ledge. No gym or pool. The floorboards creaked loudly with every step, making me worried about disturbing the neighbors. There's central air conditioning, but no matter what temperature you set it to, the air coming out was the same as outside. No complimentary bottled water. The most frustrating thing was that the housekeeping staff would always mess up my toiletries, and one time my razor was even disassembled—I suspect the cleaner might have used it themselves 🤢"

"The worst hotel we have ever been to. Definitely. Dirty carpets everywhere, boring staff(they dont want to work ther, they said) Smells like bad eau de cologne all over the place. When we arrived there was some nosy youngsters in the so called reception, that spoke to each other more than to us. Bad service over all. And, and, and… do not go there!"

"The hotel is just a 1-minute walk away from the ancient city. You can also take the C2 bus from the train station. There is a big supermarket next to it, and there are discounts at night. "Forced to use the Palais des Papes parking lot: €20 for 24 hours. The hotel offers a 20% discount. I don't know Avignon; perhaps there are free parking spaces near the hotel. In any case, I think it's quite a walk to get there. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The condition of the "Privilege" room was questionable: mosquitoes were coming in through the vents, we didn't open the windows, and neither did they; it smelled musty. There were white marks on the coffee table and armchair, and we found a laxative on the floor. When we reported it, the room was cleaned twice, but the dust was simply moved under the furniture. The marks were still there, and we had to show them the laxative ourselves and take photos. The meal, for the price, was mediocre and lacked flavor. It wasn't bad, but at around €60 for two people, you expect a minimum level of quality. The croque monsieur was bland, spongy, and unseasoned. The dessert wasn't designed for room service since it contained ice cream... It's obvious we ate melted ice cream. I should point out that there's only room service; there's no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast consisted mainly of frozen items and few fresh products. However, the homemade items were good. There was a lack of organization when it was busy; the poor staff were everywhere at once because there weren't enough of them for the number of guests at Sunday breakfast. Another drawback is that breakfast from 6:30 am to 10:00 am on a weekend is a bit much; other Mercure hotels I've stayed in serve breakfast later than that."
