"Ciumara Houses" are two apartments in a villa located in a charming hill surrounded by lemon, orange and olive groves. The villa is located between Avola, the capital of the Almond and Nero d'Avola 3 km away, the municipality to which it belongs, and Noto famous for its Baroque 5 km away. They have a splendid view of the typical Sicilian gardens ... and in the distance you can admire an inviting blue sea. The villa is surrounded by a large garden, where olive trees frame and each individual apartment has its own private green area with veranda, and a shared green area with a playground for the little ones. In each private area you can relax, sunbathe, read a good book ... organize barbecues, have lunch and dinner! There is the possibility of parking the cars in the wide avenue of the villa. The Ciumara East house is divided into two floors, and features: - On the ground floor: a large kitchen, a very spacious living area and a complete bathroom. - On the first floor: two air-conditioned bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with double bed plus a single bed) The house is equipped with everything: kitchen utensils, clothesline, washing machine, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, TV, garden furniture, barbecue, kitchen linen, bed and bathroom.
