It has been freshly redone an it features a softly lit, under the house deck, with swings, hemocks, sand box, toys, chairs and outdoor eating space. The sunsets are relaxing and absolutely stunning. This cozy cottage will call you back time & again! This was such a quiet and serene spot for an end-of-summer family beach getaway. We enjoyed playing in the water behind the property. We used both kayaks and the paddleboard. The kids loved the sandbox under the house when it rained. This is the perfect spot for a variety of ages to enjoy.

Perfect beach house. Updated interior a big plus with comfy couches for family movie night. 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Kitchen and living room well laid out. The deck overlooking bay makes for relaxing sunsets. Kitchen well stocked for cooking, with Food Lion and Sunrise Seafood Store conveniently nearby.

Great place for family We had a great stay! One small hiccup - the electric lock stopped working and we were locked out for a short time. The finished area with the sandbox downstairs was a huge hit with the littles!! The backyard is large, the water isn’t very accessible for little ones, but there is a day use beach about 5 miles from the house. Very nice home and very comfortable.

Excellent house. Great location on the sound. Well decorated and equipped with everything you need. Only downside was the one bathroom. Might be an issue for more than four people. Would definitely stay again.
