Manas Resort with Petting Zoo

Location - Good Food - Below average Amenities - Below average The only appealing part is the petting zoo or else there is no reason for me to recommend the place to anyone It's highly priced.The rooms don't justify the prices charged for it. Staff is in their own world. Food is over priced against the quality,quantity and taste offered Overall a very disappointing trip.Way below average.

Excellent Villas with spacious rooms. The buffet spread is amazing. The different birds and domestic animals add an extra edge to the great time to spend with family.,....,.......................................................

April 2025 Pathetic rooms. Ac not working, no water in taps. Inspite of telling them at the time of booking that we have senior citizens with us, rooms allotted to us were in extreme corner with huge steps. Parking area had no lights, it was pitch dark and we had to remove luggage from the car using phone torch. We had to change 3 rooms because either ac not working in one room, rooms smelling of fresh paint or frogs in the washroom, lizard near the bed, water leaking from fridge. At 1.30 am their technician was repairing the fan regulator as the speed was low even when we had switched the fan to extreme fast. We were finally allotted rooms at 2 am….. we reached manas at 11.30 pm and we were struggling for proper rooms with senior citizens and kids with us. Never had such a bad experience in life. We also finally requested for a refund as we had done prior booking with advance payment, but they denied the refund too

We had a wonderful time. Our favorite was the time spent with the dogs - they were all well tempered and fun to be around. The food was good too, albeit slightly overpriced, however we enjoyed the ambience and would love to go there again soon.

Manas petting zoo resort has been our go to place for quick weekend outing. Good rooms and service. Harish and Picy at Woodpecker restaurant were very hospitable. They have some new additions wrt their pets and it's a good experience for kids... Overall good stay...

Prashant and harish, both are good at there work,they hav given good service...v good food awesome service and hospitality..coming for second time..delightfull expreience it is....thums up to whole manas resort team....music is also awesome....thank u.. team..even my kids enjoyed a lot
