I was very pleased with the service and the fact that I could relax and enjoy my meals in a private room. This is a personal matter, but I especially appreciated that the yogurt and fruit were not cold. As requested, I was impressed by the wonderful view from the top floor room.

A very satisfying stay. The whole service was attentive. I have to admire the service level of a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. The facilities are also very good, the rooms are large and comfortable. Soaking in the hot springs in the morning and evening is extremely relaxing. The hospitality of the owner and employees was kind and very attentive.
We were a family of four, but he listened to our conversation during the toast at dinner, and when I said that it was my father's birthday celebration, he gave me a nice chopstick.
The dining room was not a room but a hall, but it was separated and it was like a private room, so I thought the corona countermeasures were wonderful.
There was only one small elevator in the hotel where I stayed, so it is better to leave the room with plenty of time to spare when going to eat.
I want to go again!
