Had a brilliant week celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary 11th to 18 May. Cake wine and card waiting in our room on arrival was a lovely gesture much appreciated. Great hotel great beachfront location. Just beautiful. Lovely spacious modern ground floor room which was requested. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels. Onsite supermarket had everything you could need. The food was excellent as were the deserts. Great variety you wont go hungry. Lovely staff. Great cocktails. Food at poolside bar very nice. Pool itself fantastic. Also for kiddies. Very safe. Fresh pool towels every day. Service at pool bar a little slow as the week went on but it did get busier. One disadvantage there were no poolside toilets. You had to go in to main hotel foyer and upstairs to another floor or use your room. We just used our room. Beer pre pulled on draught in main bar for food service was a no no for us. It was probably to speed up service but didnt taste good. Wine on draught too. These were minor issues and would not put me off as everything else was just perfect. Overall great place to stay. Fantastic hotel and will definitely back.

Great hotel, staff were brilliant!! from the bar staff to the restaurant, at the pool bar, outstanding!! Hotels in a great location, just of the high street, food fantastic, so much choice, I would stay here again and would recommend to all.

We stayed here in 2023 october loved it so much we booked again for May 2024 The location is perfect the beach is literally 2 mins from the pool shops bars everything is in walking distance Nissi beach is just to the right of the hill. While we had our first stay in October 2023 my husband said he would like a room With a sea view. So I arranged this with the hotel at quite a cost. I would pay extra for this because I booked it with the hotel after I had booked it with a travel agent. Was told We would be greeted with wine and fresh fruit. We checked in no mention to pay. Got to room. No wine or fruit. Had problems with the tv as the rooms had been updated we had no tv signal. Husband went to reception to report the problem. Again nothing to mention we had to pay for the upgrade. I thought maybe because there was no fruit no wine they wasn’t charging for this as it wasn’t a special room just a ground floor room with a balcony that fits 2 . Enjoyed our holiday, on the last day we went to reception to check out, again nothing mentioned about the need to settle the bill for the room Upgrade. Our coach wasn’t picking us up till later on around 6pm ish. We had to be out of the room before 12. We left our cases in the top lobby. We went for a walk I then had a number call me from a Cyprus number I called it back, it was the tui rep saying we had left without paying the bill. I then went straight back and explained the situation no wine no fruit on arrival was standing with the tui rep and a lady at the desk. The lady was very very rude demanding I pay for the upgrade I explained the hole situation to the tui rep and the lady standing there then she demanded I pay. I questioned why I should have to pay the full amount when I didn’t get what I was told, her reply was if you want fruit go eat some. Pointed to the fruit basket on the side. I couldn’t believe she said this and said I can eat that if I want too, as it’s part of the all inclusive which I have paid for and asked her why she was being so rude??? She then waved the card machine at me asking how I want to pay, I paid for the room, by this point I was upset have never been spoken to like that in any hotel we’ve stayed in I will always recommend hotels and I did this hotel the first time we ever went. And have had many friends stay here after we told them how lovely it was. I wanted to rebooked for this year but after this I wouldn’t come back here after your staff ( maybe manager ) spoke to me like this, the tui rep followed me also to apologise for the way the staff spoke to me

L'hotel et les infrastructures en elles mêmes sont top. L'hotel est bien placé et le cadre est magnifique. Notre chambre etait tres bien egalement. Mais malheureusement j'en fini deja avec les points positifs... Le resto, correct mais tres répétitif. Que dire du personnel 😱😱 un peu de bruit (rire, jeu) ça gueule, non respect des commandes, animation limitée, et la responsable est une folle qui pète des plombs pour rien... Menaces en tout genre (notamment faire venir la police) pensant qu'on ne comprend pas l'anglais et passe par les animateurs pour nous faire comprendre qu'on est pas les bienvenus et qu'elle veut qu'on parte. Je précise que le respect du groupe était présent mais eux n'en n'ont pas eu... Cet hotel aurait pu offrir des vacances de reves a tous mais c'est a fuir !!!

Just returned from a 10 day stay at this hotel. Check in was quick and easy, reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice size balcony, all sockets were for British plugs so no adapter required. Room contained a small fridge in the cupboard to keep fresh water and other drinks and there was plenty of storage available. Shower was looking a little old but still had a lot of power and did the job. The food in the resteraunt was very good, breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. Lunch could also be enjoyed in the resteraunt or down by the pool bar, evening meal had a different theme each night which gave a variety of choices to try. The resteraunt staff were fantastic! Very attentive , friendly and nothing was to much to ask. A wide variety of drinks including cocktails was available at both the bar and pool bar in the day and the main bar in the evenings. Again the staff on the bar were exceptional.. special mention to George who really went above and beyond to look after us. We missed out on the Italian restaurant as unfortunately it was undergoing a refurbishment along with orther areas on the hotel, however we did not miss it with the food available to us daily. We cannot fault this hotel and the level of service they provided. If given the opportunity we would definitely return.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay here 3rd to 14th May and the hotel is excellent as are all the staff. The setting is just beautiful with the white lowrise buildings and blue doors, you truely do feel in another world. Just a stunning hotel ! We had room 2313 overlooking the pool and sea, just beautiful, and a suntrap in the evening. The room was lovely and big , and Dorinda kept our toom spotless everyday and every morning she had a big smile and a warm morning welcome, thank you. The food was delicious, and the snack bar was such a great choice of fresh foods, from fruit to various salads, chips to burgers, and nuggets and fish fingers for the kids . Buffet had themed nights each night and was really good choices. Breakfast was also amazing everyday. We would like to say a huge thank you to a special lady, Olga, who went above and beyond during our stay. We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary and my 50th birthday during our stay and Olga arranged a gift and wine delivered to our room. Olga also got us booked in to the new Al a Carte Italian on site as a final night surprise, which was a stunning restaurant and food. We can not thank her enough for her hospitality and making us feel special , Olgas warmth , smile and dedication to being so attentive to her guests is a credit, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The hotel, all the staff and hospitality shown was just amazing throughout and we will definitely be back.
