Fantastic hotel. Rooms nice and clean with a current upgrade program in progress. Good pool area with beach access. Food is plentiful and really nice, try and eat the Cypriot food. We would like to complement the chefs for their hard work. All the staff were really nice, I felt that they went that "extra mile" to talk and get to know us. We will be returning as soon as we can

Weather was beautiful in Ayia Napa during mid august - some days would be 40 degrees. Hotel is right next to the beach- you have to pay extra to use the sunbeds on the beach for a day. Not enough sun beds around the pool - having to wake up at 6/7 every morning to reserve 2 sunbeds next to each other. Around 20- 25 minute walk to the main Ayia Napa ***** and taxis are expensive for the short journey- not ideal if you wanted to party every night. Food isnt the best. Breakfast is the best meal of the day. Lunch is very basic and usually items that dont pair well together. They have a child section which is limited. Dinner was a different country theme every night. Mexican and Italian were the best- the others some nights we would barely eat. Not a good selection of deserts too- very limited. A lot of people we met on the trip ate out at least once a day. With that being said, it is worth paying the all inclusive price just for the drinks. They have 3 bars- poolside, restaurant and indoor. The hotel has a shop next to it which is greatly priced for inflatables and snacks. Sun screen is expensive in every shop- around 18 euro for a decent factor 50. Room was massive, a large living area, big bedroom. Bathroom could do with a bit of TLC. Balcony was massive too and has seats- unfortunately ours was blocked from the sun so we didn't spend as much time on this as we would've liked. Rooms are well secured. Not a good "kitchen" area if you took food back to the room- ants were common in ours daily and the cleaners didnt seem to address this issue. In terms of entertainment, for young children the kids nightly entertainment looked great. The adults however is shocking, to the point it makes you laugh. If you speak English, the day time staff don't speak English well, making it harder naturally to join in with entertainment. I met an old lady who hurt her hand in the elevator. She had massive bruising and the lift doors shut suddenly. The reception team handled this very poorly, with no apology and an ice pack which would melt almost immediately and they would complain when you asked for a new one. If you do reserve towels on sunbeds overnight, staff remove your towels. Again, someone i met had this happen and they said they didnt take her towel and they havent saved it for her, despite them saying you will get it back. Towels are handed out daily which is good. There is plenty to do around the area, rather in walking distance or a short taxi. About ten minute walk away on the beach there is plenty of water sports to do with very good prices. The beach is absolutely beautiful. They have an underwater museum and rafts in the middle of the ocean which you can jump off. Me and my brother went out almost every night and watched the football in the local pubs rather than the entertainment at the hotel. It is also close to the theme park nearby, which is a really good laugh at night. I would say the hotel is more suited to young adults, who want a bit of both- go

Old and loud We arrived an hour before check in, was told 1 of our rooms (had 2) was ready and the 2nd room needed a couple of minutes. We went to the room that was ready, however the wc didnt work so back to the reception and they would fix it. After 1 hour still not ready not even the 2nd room.l Going back and forth to check if it was ready, and the only comment that just have some patience and they would fix it. At the end i had to talk to the manager because nothing was happening 2 ours after check in. The manager finally gave us another room so we had 2 rooms but unfortunately far from each other (travelled with 3 kids and 2 adults). Every night loud music until 11pm at night which we heard as one of the rooms was close to the restaurant and pool. Very difficult to fall asleep. We also missed some variety at the restaurant, the food was very similar every day even at the pool bar. The rest of the staff was friendly and nice. The rooms very old and definitely needs to be upgraded and renewed. The main pool and the one next to were clean, but remaining pools dirty.

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité des commerces, bars, restaurants tout est accessible à pied ou en bus. Pour notre parts nous avons une chambre rénover, les lits la chambre et les serviettes changer tout les jours. L'accès à la plage est vraiment un plus ( les transat et parasol sont payant car c'est une plage public 2.5e par transat et parasol pour la journée mais passer 15h c'était " gratuit " car les Mr avaient finit leur journée prevoir des chaussure pour la mer il y a beaucoup de cailloux. Vous pouvez longé la baie pour accéder soit au centre ville d'ayia Nappa ou à la plage de Nissi beach ( vraiment l'une des plus belle plage ). Les piscines sont top un peu fraîche à notre période parce que les journée étais courte ( plus de soleil dans la piscine passer 16h45-17h et le soleil se coucher à 18h ). Pour les températures nous avons eu entre 26 et 30 ( du 16 au 26 octobre ) donc vraiment très agréable je pense que juillet août sa doit vraiment être infernale si ont veut faire des excursions. Le point négatif ( et j'avais déjà pu le lire dans les commentaires) c'est vraiment le buffet ( 1 seul restaurants et malgré la fin de saison énormément d'attente.. ) ils proposent toujours la même chose ; Petit déjeuner ; croissant/ pain chocolat, pancake, nutella et chocolat blanc une multitude de confiture, pain à griller, mais beaucoup de choix pour les déjeuner anglais ( bacon, charcuterie, oeuf, etc.. ) pour ce qui est du repas du midi ou du soir, beaucoup de salade composé ( certes c'est très bon mais au bout du 4eme ou 5eme jour ont fait une overdose) le buffet dessert et inexistant 3 gateau différents et toujours les mêmes.. des fruits ( impossible à couper ou éplucher avec les couteaux qu'ils nous donnent) pour les glace que se soit au buffet ou au snack 2 sorte soit fraise ou chocolat. Pour parler du snack de la piscine il propose hamburger, nuggets de poulet ou de poisson, salade composée, wraps frites( tout est bons ) mais encore une fois il manque du sucré.. a 16h30 les gens mangent des hamburger et des frites. Les cocktails sont bon et simple comme dans tout les all inclus. Pour notre parts coter excursions nous avions directement vu au port de Ayia et nous avons trouve un catamaran avec barbecue ( 9h-13h30) celui ci a longer la côte jusqu'à Green bay. Nous avons pu faire 2 arrêt baignade ( konoos beach ou nous avons pu voir des tortue et blue lagoon ). Mais vous pouvez directement aller a konoos beach via le bus ( 25min a peut près) pour profiter de la magnifique plage et voir les tortues. Nous avions eu la chance de croiser beaucoup de français dans l'hôtel, mais un énorme PLUS à notre superbe équipe animation, Leo, Lucas et Maeva qui grâce à eux nos vacances se sont magnifiquement bien passé. Et aussi un grand merci à la serveuse Tamara qui est la plus aimable et la plus souriante de toute. Je retournerais à Chypre parce que c'est vraiment une très belle destination mais peut être pas dans cette hotel.
