Olympic Lagoon Resort Ayia Napa

Arrived around 11pm. Reception staff lovely. Provided with refreshing drink and wash cloth. Assisted to room and shown how safe worked how blind worked in bathroom for privacy. The room I had with my husband was lovely, spacious and clean. Clean towels everyday. Fridge stocked and it was great having tea/coffee facilities in room. My daughter (21) had the corner room across landing from us and it was a fabulous room with view to pool area. All staff were lovely. Food in main restaurant was lovely too. The snackeria , next to bar was brilliant, fresh food everyday, which we opted to use for our lunch. As we were there for 1 week we chose to eat at The Greats Restaurant, amazing food. The bar at pool was great, the bar staff very pleasant, friendly. The pool areas, gardens stunning and loved that we were allocated our sunbeds. Did take time to find them and noticed new arrivals struggle to find their beds also. I wish other hotels did this service so much easier knowing you can pop down anytime in the day to your sunbed. Entertainment was brilliant. The shows were amazing 👏 🤩. My only negative is we checked out at 12 noon but didn't get picked up till 7.15pm and if you could provide better courtesy room/shower area would be appreciated. Will definitely return to your hotel. Nearly forgot, lazy river, swim up pool bar , loved it.

The whole hotel is amazing down to the food, the entertainment and the alcohol is amazing, I mean a resort where the entertainment can actually sing!? 10/10 from me even when we Were eating you can see they are actually cleaning, the staff are so friendly and helpful, can’t honestly say I’ve been to a better place that has EVERYTHING

We spent 7 amazing nights in the hotel Wonderful room very comfortable delicious food and drinks. All staff so helpful and nice Special Thanks to Khaled the Egyptian man in y&m bar and Dimitri in reception really you made our stay unforgettable we will definitely come back

The staff from reception through to poolside bar & Kanika team are all exemplary 24/7. Beautiful hotel complex. We stayed in rooms 112/114 & which if you liked could be cleaned & topped up everyday, lovely bathroom & balcony faces on to main highway/ car park which I preferred for the daytime breeze from heat. Down by poolside lovely cocktails made with a smile all the time from Fanos/ Zussanna/ Kaled & so many more to mention AKA everyone. Great dining experience in American diner with Dianne & Andrea at the Greats. Experience arena is a lovely set up & not too rowdy with Kanika Allstars team, the Queen show was the best & loved by my 9 year old. Thank you

A true 5 Star hotel, we were a party of 12 including 2 children and one adult with mobility issues. All the staff and the guests were so helpful and understanding of people with mobility issues and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has ramps everywhere and every floor, both inside and outside, was perfectly flat with no cracks or lips. The facilities are excellent and cater for all. A top class hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of our stay. The hotel is located about a mile from the Waterworld water park, which is great for kids of all ages. The hotel has a number of restaurants to choose from, but we mainly ate at the buffet as there was a lot of variety and the food was good. The entertainment team were great and the nightly shows were of a high standard. In April the pools were freezing cold at the hotel, but much more bearable at the waterpark. The lazy river is a nice touch for those wanting to relax but not get submerged. Overall a very pleasant stay with beautiful sunshine.
