Atlantica Sungarden Park

One of the best holidays we have had , we were 100% looked after and spoilt . The Italian restaurant is amazing , the hotel is spotless. We cannot rate this hotel enough. The management are amazing and so polite and helpful. The pool is cleaned properly every day and glass polished, this is seriously a fabulous hotel

Brilliant stay with a few niggles. Had a week at Sungarden park and couldn't really fault it . I will start with negatives that I think if addressed the place could easily get a five star review. Bad points when we arrived we found there was no cot in the bedroom for our child (we pre booked this) the lady on reception told us we will have wait till tomorrow, the bell boy over heard this and said he would go get us one, which the lady was clearly unhappy about. Any way he got us one and all was fine. My teen son and his friend had their own room, one of the beds wasn't made up with bedding so they asked for a bed . The lady again said no and to wait till tomorrow( we were unaware of this) this meant the first night one of the boys had no bedding . (Literally why?!?) Second - the life guard may as well not exist. She can't see the whole pool and never walked around and did checks. Play room for kids is never open and looks like it has nothing in it, if the park was moved it would be used more . The kids disco was twenty mins on a speaker it was naff. The entertainment is naff too. Day time entertainment is run by some amazing people but the programme is the same every day. There is no advertising of what else is on except a small screen in the bar hidden to the side. Meaning we missed some bits that were on. Should definitely have it more visible. Good points Everything else - all staff , food , pool was amazing . Room was so clean and it was an enjoyable experience. Would return but maybe with out children as there was nothing for them.

Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu niezapomniane wakacje. Już na wstępie zostaliśmy serdecznie powitani przez portiera - Veselin'a mówiącego po polsku, który od razy zrobił bardzo dobre wrażenie- miły uśmiechnięty i pomocny! Jedzenie było bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone a drinki różnorodne- każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Widok z okna na morze przepiękny! Do najbliższej plaży tylko 300 metrów, więc można spokojnie dojść pieszo przyjemną promenadą. Obsługa sympatyczna, zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Czuć domową atmosferę i zaangażowanie w każdy detal. Zdecydowanie polecam! Jedyny minus to brak animacji dla małych dzieci.

Great location ..staff carnt do enough for you and very friendly…food is exceptional…plenty of choice.Room spacious and clean..pool a good size so room for all…plenty of sun loungers too so no worry about not getting one…15/20 mins to walk up to the Harbour and a short walk to some other beaches which do plenty of water sports and plenty of loungers with umbrellas at not a bad price …plenty of trips to done in the area..Entertainment was good …but not on every night. The only down side to this hotel was that there wasn’t a toilet around the pool area had abit of a hike to the spa toilet below … Would recommend …really enjoyed our stay would come back again.

Nasz pobyt w hotelu zaliczamy do bardzo udanych. Pokoje przestronne czyste. Świetnym rozwiązaniem są pokoje z basenami. Relaks w bardzo dobrym wykonaniu. Na pochwałę zasługuje bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone jedzenie. Szef kucharzy bardzo sympatyczny i zna się na tym co robi. Wakacje zdecydowanie udane i miejsce godne polecenia.
