Atlantica Bay - Adults Only

The location of the suite was worse than the normal room I had the day before: frontal sea view but ground floor, fronting the noisy pool area. The neighbors can directly see into your balcony. The artificial grass is getting really hot and “stinks” in summer. The suite itself is nice and has a warm design.

Lovely Hotel. This hotel is very peaceful, just a short bus ride into Limassol. We had room 301 lovely sea view and our cleaner was excellent. Entertainment team around pool very good, Vlad was very good and funny. you could join in if you liked but they were not pushy . We joined in a few games and enjoyed the music quiz most afternoons. Evening entertainment in the main bar was good , some nights better than others, but each to there own. The drinks service in main bar was very good , Linda & Sabrina always on the ball making sure you had a drink and always with a lovely smile. Cleanliness of hotel was very good . All in all a lovely 11 nights . Will more than likely go back again next year.

6 days ago Perfect Hotel - perfect Holiday We arrived for an 11 night stay to a glass of fizz, a cold refreshing hand towel and a warm welcome , the room was perfect, well maintained, clean and welcoming, there is an iron and ironing board if you need one, a little nespresso machine with 2 complimentary pods per person (you can purchase more at the hotel) I took some with us, however there are also plenty of sachets of coffee, tea etc too. The hair dryer was a small one however it did dry my hair off ok, a large balcony with patio set and drying rail, comfortable bed and clean white bed linen, good size bath towels and dressing gowns too. Every thing was fantastic. The only way to describe the food and restaurant staff was 5 star. In the morning you are taken to your seat and get everything for yourself, there is also a fresh fried egg, pancake and omelette area, these were so good, Also the poached eggs in the buffet area were lovely my favourite were the hot tomatoes which I think I had with every hot breakfast, a lovely selection of fruits, continental, cereals and British fry up, totally spoilt for choice. Lunch and dinner you were bought drinks, table always laid and the food again exceptional, the choices, are too many to go through but I would always recommend to walk all around before making your choice, the soups were always delicious and the fresh meat carvery section always had meat cooked and cut for you, when sushi was on the menu and shell fish it was also devoured, the staff in the restaurant were all fantastic, friendly and professional. Costas was also very professional however I did think he’d taken a dislike to us and couldn’t work out why as he never smiled, however we watched him and didn’t take it personal when we realised he was like it with everyone and was actually very efficient. We had a complimentary meal in the a la carte which was great and felt very special. The pool area on a sunny day is relaxing, calming, clean and well maintain, we only used the outdoor pool and loved it, over the 10 days we actually moved around the different areas quite a bit, the waiting staff were great, we never had to go to the bar once whilst at the pool, always served with a smile and very frequent, whether it was a coffee of a g&t for us. So polite, accommodating and again professional. The entertainment team were there all the time, they never failed to offer a chance to join in however if you chose not to that was fine too, we had a complimentary mini shoulder massage pool and it was so good we booked one in the spa which was wonderful. The lounge area was comfortable, the waiting staff again lovely it was a quiet relaxing area in the day with a waiter service, and a busy lounge area in the evening, whether you want to relax on a sofa or sit at a table you can choose, again the waiter service in the evening was fantastic, we never had to wait to be served , there is no queuing here for drinks all a laid back entertainment

Fantastic Everything was amazing! Lovely hotel staff, Reception very friendly and helpful. Pool staff, restaurant staff, and room attendents were exceptional! Entertainment team were great! Food was exceptional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. English films via app. Only originally staying 4 nights but extended another 3 nights then another one night. Cannot fault anything. It was exactly what we wanted a peaceful hotel with Entertainment. We enjoyed our 8 night stay and can't wait to return. *****

Absolutely wonderful, arrived 2 days ago and felt compelled to post this as some of the reviews are patently unfair. This is our second stay - we came in 2022 when it was a TUI Blue hotel. We’ve never visited the same hotel twice but we’re so glad we did. There have been significant upgrades. We paid extra for a superior room - 233 and would recommend it. Huge room, ultra stylish luxury decor and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is spotless and well kept everywhere. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and professional. The food is fantastic with huge choices of fresh and beautifully presented options. The wines available on AI are good. I really cannot understand how anyone could give this hotel anything less than 10/10.

Amazing holiday! We went for 7 days and really can't rate the hotel highly enough. On arrival, the hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly. It's in a lovely quiet location which we really liked. We walked along the promenade to the harbour each day (to the left) for a lovely morning walk after breakfast and a few times, we walked towards Limassol in the other direction. The pathed walkway was lovely with great views over the sea and passing some lovely beach bars and resteraunts. Limassol is 7.5 miles away as a walk (bit too much for us!) however, the bus rides are easy, come every 10 mins and are only 2 euros a person. The food was AMAZING! Honestly, we would rate the food of this hotel as the absolute best we've ever experienced. The range alone was exceptional - with at least 5 meat dishes available every day but everything was cooked and prepared so beuatifully. We didn't eat out even once because of how gorgeous the food was. The staff are super, super friendly and work so very hard - My goodness, the service provided is second to none - you don't even need to leave your sunbed, as someone will come and ask you for your drink order regularly, All staff were incredible, from front desk staff to resteraunt staff to events staff to bar staff. We loved this holiday and were truly sad to leave. We had a great time and will definately return. We would recommend getting the bus to Limassol and walking round the lovely old town. We also visited the Castle which was well worth the visit and great value at 4.5 euros entry each. All in all, an excellent stay. One of out firm favourites. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay wonderful!
