"The room was very clean, the guy who greeted us was friendly and very helpful. The location is great, we could walk everywhere in Ayvalık. "The hotel staff was very attentive. When you walked in the room smelled wonderful. Everything from the towels to the bedspread on the bed, the bathroom, etc. was spotlessly clean and sparkling. There is no parking problem either. It is within walking distance to the center of Cunda. I congratulate the hotel manager. When I go to Cunda again, I will look at this hotel first. Thank you."

"A small, quiet hotel with zero sea and pool. A 20-minute walk to the centre. Each type of breakfast was the same and the same as breakfasts in smaller companies. The rooms were very clean but the balconies in the rooms were dirty, so it was not possible to enjoy the sea-view balconies. Wi-Fi was almost not drawn in the room and pool for the three days we stayed, and it was said that when we indicated it was due to infrastructure work."

"We had a good stay at the hotel which is a very nice house and well located in the old village. Nevertheless the service was very poor, there was no manager in the hotel so it was not run properly. The room had not been cleaned during our stay. For breakfast there was only tea proposed, no other drink so we had to pay to get a bottle of water! And for the check out the guy did not know how much we had to pay…. Overall, with the price paid, I expected a higher quality of service."
