Ebino Pu Luong Resort

This is an amazing place with stunning view and great service and food. Relaxing after being in busy cities. Loved looking over the rice paddies from our deck. Stunning view, lovely permissies, nice pool with little bar area. Ms Jenny always follow and take good care of us.

The people working in the hotel are all so friendly. The food was amazing. The view was so good. The pool was lovely. More seats around the pool would have been better please. Ladies in the spa were so lovely. A wonderful experience. Maybe bigger soap bar in bathroom.

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Clean room. The tour they organised was great. Ms Jenny is so amazing, honour and professional...she followed us and take care us anytime we need.She organised transfer for us to other locations. Great views.

We had a wonderful stay at Ebino Puluong resort and spa! The property is beautifully sited and overlooks rice paddies that were picturesque even in winter. Jenny from Customer service department is so kind and reliable.The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we especially appreciated our kind, The staff arranged our transportation to and from Natura over email before we arrived (we came from Ninh Binh and departed to Hanoi), which was really helpful The breakfast was very nice and pretty extensive and lunch/dinner were good opportunities to try regional dishes. Tips: We recommend you book a trek ahead of time since you'll likely need a guide and there may be limited availability in busy times. Also recommend you bring any cash you think you'll need

The place and location is truly amazing! So beautiful and unique/authentic area! We spent 2 nights there and the staff helped us to get a taxi to come and leave and helped us organize a magical tour of Pu Luong by motorbike with a guide. Ms Jenny is so wonderful, she always takes good care of us to make sure we enjoyed our stay We had such a great time thank you!

Generally I don’t write reviews but I just couldn’t go past this place without comment. This resort was absolutely fabulous as is Pu Luong. The view from our room was breathtaking, the service was excellent, staff were wonderfull - what more can I say!! I will go again in a heartbeat and definitely recommending this place to friends and family.
