We had our wedding at Sugarland Hotel, and it was honestly one of the best choices we made for our big day! From the beginning, the experience was smooth — thanks to the incredible team behind the scenes. Ms. April was a true gem, making the accommodations for all our guests easy and worry-free. She was attentive, organized, and always ready to help with a smile, which meant so much to us during such a busy time. Also to Ms. Gina, Ms. Meiele, and Ms. Lynsie from the Sales Team who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was in place. Their coordination, professionalism, and genuine care made everything run so smoothly — not just for us, but for all our family and friends who traveled to celebrate with us. The hotel staff and servers were consistently kind and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was great. We felt so supported and cared for from start to finish. Sugarland Hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make our wedding truly memorable.

Food! Glorious food! Love Sugarland for their food. Don’t care much about the location (far from Downtown) but good, comfortable room for the price. Very courteous and efficient staff!
