Super convenient. It's walking distance to SM City Bacolod. And it's located in the main avenue.

Good place and clean

Though great location, the room itself was quite old and dirty, especially the washroom where they left black stains in fissures and such. The room didn’t come with any amenities, no water (especially when tap water isn’t drinkable in the Philippines), no basic toilettes except for towels and toilet papers, no sleepers, no tea bags/coffee. On top of it all, the staff were not helpful! The hotel came with complimentary breakfast that we didn’t realize until we flipped through their food menu? We needed to remind them of complimentary bottled water until we received a couple. Service is two because of the friendliness of the cleaning staff. The pool in the hotel was dirty, unmaintained, and no safe guards. Overall, will never go back.

Its comfortable to stay in

It was all good during check in and the overnight stay. Unfortunately, early morning renovation is going on and you can hear the worker banging the wall or whatever it is with hummer and the whole corridor smells paint... Over all it was a good hotel.

I am late to check in because of the flight was delayed.the front desk waiting for me at midnight.the location is very good near by the SM Mega Mall .

Place very near to all..nice staff.restaurant serve good food.coffee is awesome..my friends likes the cofee

The room is clean. Most of the room design is made of marble. It’s an old design but classy. I like the place because its near the mall and Manukan country which is known for Bacolod’s chicken Inasal. Staffs are very accomodating!

The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating and the room so spacious, clean, with complete toiletries. The price so reasonable. For me its highly recommended. ❤️
