Need to wait 10 mins for hot water shower.  Friendly & helpful hotel staff. Nicest hotel in Bacoor City so far despite the problems w/ cable TV & hot shower!"

The staff did clean it quickly, which I appreciated but we still had to wait outside in the lobby since they didnt offer us another room. Hopefully, this doesnt happen again."

"They won’t clean and refill or replace amenities unless you ask. Toilet was not cleaned. There was a mice. No refrigerator. No electric pot no coffee nothing."
