Great experience overall, very clean hotel, breakfast was great. But one major feedback - the hotel was built half a year ago and the room still had smell (kind of strong), we had to open the windows and turn on AC to circulate the air but didn't help much

我在這家酒店住了3天2夜，選擇了包含早餐的套餐。酒店環境非常新淨，設計現代，給人舒適的感覺。餐廳的員工態度非常友善，服務周到，早餐選擇也豐富，令人滿意。
然而，我在入住期間遇到了一些問題。首先，入住當天(約10am)我向前台查詢能否享用早餐（app上原本應不包含），前台職員表示可以，但沒有提及需要額外收費以及費用金額。直到退房時，我才被告知需要支付早餐費用，這讓我感到非常無奈。我不介意付費，但希望前台能提前清楚說明費用詳情，以避免誤解。
其次，房務清潔方面也有待改進。入住第二天早上9點，房務人員敲門準備清潔房間，但當時我尚未外出，於是告知他們兩小時後再來清潔，並在門口掛上要求清潔的門牌。然而，當我晚上回到房間時，發現房間完全沒有被清潔，這點讓我有些失望。
總體而言，酒店的設施和餐廳服務令人滿意，但前台的溝通和房務的執行需要加強。希望酒店能改善這些問題，提供更順暢的入住體驗。

酒店交通方便，距離火車站大約步行十幾分鍾，旁邊就是Sisi公園。前台接待非常熱情耐心，語言不通都能溝通順暢。房間設施齊全，功能良好，使用方便。早餐很豐盛。是一次愉快的旅行體驗。

酒店在攜程上評價不多，價格也挺貴，來之前有點忐忑，住過後還是覺得不錯的
設施：酒店很新，設施比較全，水壺咖啡機全有，洗護用品是一個有機品牌，很好聞。衹有一瓶水，歐洲酒店都這樣，好在小鎮裏超市可以買。酒店有spa泳池和桑拿，應該是住宿免費用。不過温泉温度不高，感覺不到温…
衞生：很乾凈
環境：離車站有點距離，走着十分鐘，會穿過小鎮商業街。但也安靜，離音樂廳不遠。
服務：很好。早餐嚴重表揚，非常豐富好吃

酒店距離巴德伊舍火車站步行大概十五分鐘左右，周圍環境安靜，房間也寬敞，注意進房間開窗透氣後，必須關死窗户，空調才能使用，兩者之間是聯動的。小鎮不大，步行到河邊或者茜茜公主甜品店都很方便。就是房間送的瓶裝水沒有開瓶器無法打開，問了前台，讓自己在房間找，確實沒找不到開瓶器。

非常新的酒店，也很乾凈，早餐不錯。小鎮不大，這裏離火車站汽車站算是遠的啦，有800多米。茜茜愛吃的甜品店營業時間很不穩定，需要提前計劃，皇帝別墅等本鎮的景點都在步行範圍。去St. Wolfgang, St.Gilgen, Hallstatt，Salsburg等都可以坐汽車，建議買全天票。
P.S. 彩蛋，這個酒店一樓有男女共浴的桑拿，住店客人免費，但我心裏建設不夠，進去掃了一眼，沒敢實操。其實老歐洲很多國家的洗浴桑拿都是男女共浴的。
