This hotel is in perfect vicinity of Bad Wildbad. However, if you are expecting a very nice hotel itself, then you are mistaken. You are paying for the amenities the hotel provides, such as unlimited access to the spa, free travel on the tram, and discounts for nearby hotels. The towel dryer in our room was broken, and the hotel was outdated, but again - we were more interested in the amenities rather than the hotel. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was very friendly.

We stayed in the Badhotel section so we could get easy access to the thermal baths next door. We arrived late and had to self-checkin, but they gave us all the information we needed so it was no trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is of a high standard. Early access to the thermal baths in the morning was wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was the staff, even short-handed over the Easter break the people in the hotel team were excellent.

We were expecting a 4-star hotel experience for the money we paid. We thought we booked the best possible hotel in town. We were deeply disappointed. There were no room services or cleaning of any kind for 7 days. Our beds were left unmade and untouched. We received fresh towels on day 6, after asking for them. All towels are worn and frayed. The bathroom sink did not drain. The furnishings and walls were dusty and tired. You can’t get even a glass of water or coffee anywhere on the premises after 10 am. The breakfast was great and the dining room is beautiful, but it is a shame that neither this room, nor any of the beautiful art deco spaces in the sister hotel across the walkway, are in use. No lights, no life, just dead unused space. As Wildbad natives, we remember how lively these spaces once were and we are sad for this town.

It was an amazing hotel with thermal spa. Beautiful location near every activity in this small town.

As an American who had never experienced a German spa it was quite different than what we were used to . Once you let down your modest American beliefs on being around people without clothes you will be fine. The spa is beautiful and the family that owns it work so hard to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay . We booked a room in the Bad hotel and added dinner and breakfast and it was so easy and wonderful . We had a beautiful balcony room overlooking the funicular and the room was spacious . The bad hotel is so quiet and the downstairs reminded me a beautiful classic hotel from the 50s which we loved . Dinner was delicious as well as breakfast . Champagne fresh fruit juices were on the breakfast line . The bad hotel has a elevator down to a tunnel which connects you directly to the spa . Everything is in German and it is kind of confusing to get your lay of the land when you first arrive and add to the fact that most people do not have clothes on in the spa . You cannot translate on your phone so you just have to figure it out . Alot of areas are textile free which means no clothes . If you are new to this type of spa I would recommend starting in the blue pool and then as you get more more comfortable try the saunas which you must have towel to sit on . You must wear spa slippers and remove them before getting into sauna . There is overly cafeteria at bottom of spa where you ca have beers or a snack which we found on the second day and there were nice little whirlpools which were smaller and more intimate . The owner is so lovely and she checked us in and there is another worker who we saw at almost all meals she works so hard and ensures you have a good stay . Bad wild bald is a beautiful city and perfect for a long weekend and this spa and stay was a truly unique beautiful experience once you drop your cultural inhibitions that the USA has sort of instilled in usa . I hope to return for another visit at some point to this beautiful oasis .

Schönes Hotel entstanden aus frühere Zeit, Zimmer, Aussicht, Balkon wunderschön, bis man den Sitzdeckel vom Klo hebt, ekliger Schmutzrand, Armaturen verkalkt, Stöpsel und Duschscheibe auch. Schade, hier ist zwingend Nachschulung gefordert, oder jemand der kontrolliert. Frühstück Top alles da was Magen begehrt, aber leider ein älterer mürriger Patron teils zum Personal und teils zu den Gästen. Kein Restaurant und kein Bar Betrieb, sehr Schade, für die schönen Räumlichkeiten. Vermutlich der Auslastung oder Mangels Personal geschuldet. Palais Spa (Achtung Paare anzutreffen welche sich zu Intim verhalten ) vom Badhotel intern zu erreichen beim Rossini ( beide Hotels gehören zusammen ) muss man durch die frische Luft. Dafür muss man vom Badhotel zum Frühstück ins Rossini. Parkplatz in Einstellhalle sehr eng. Für uns wird es bei zwei Nächte bleiben
