"This is a modern hotel in a quiet and beautiful location but some distance from Ella town. Generally good, clean and well organised however the standard (budget) rooms are rather small. There is a beautiful infinity swimming pool. There is also a viewing point on the top floor to see the sunrise. Staff were good and attentive."

"We stayed here with our 2.5 year old and it was just what we needed for one night in Ella before catching the morning train. Sanju and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful. We arrived early and they had our room ready. He arranged a wonderful tuk tuk driver/tour guide for the day (check out Sun Tuk Tuk Ella) and made great recommendations on what we could do in a day with a toddler and veg options to eat. Room was clean and basic with a spectacular view. Big, delicious breakfast set us up for success ahead of a long train ride to Kandy. "

"و الموقع جيد جداً. على بعد خطوات قليلة من الشارع الذي يقع فيه المطعم. يوجد بالقرب منه سوبر ماركت ومغسلة ملابس، مريحة جدا. موظف الاستقبال اسمه على حسن تعامله، ومن المريح جدا أيضا الجلوس في الردهة، وخاصة الطابق السفلي، وخاصة الكا هناك بعض المنحدرات، لكنها تمتد، ولا توجد مشكلة حتى في أيام المطر، لأن التربة لا تتدفق باللون الأحمر. ولكن لأن الرافعة صغيرة، يجب أن تكون حذرا في الدخول والخروج. الغرفة نظيفة ودرجة الحرارة منخفضة في الخارج ولكن درجة حرارة ضغط الماء في جهاز الإستحمام ممتازة ، أستطيع أن أقضيها بشكل مريح. بالنسبة للراحة ، أستطيع استخدام الشامبو والصابون ومناشف كبيرة دون مشاكل. أنا مسرورة جداً. وسرعان ما استجابت سيارة تسعة تيار، وأعتقد أن السعر ليس مرتفعا. فندق جيد متوسط المستوى."

"The hotel has problems!!! We were allegedly upgraded to a superior room. It was nice but I’m not sure what was superior about it. Water ran very slowly and the air conditioning kept tripping the electrics every 15 minutes. (Literally 3 times in 45 minutes when we got back from dinner and that doesn’t take into account the 4 or 5 times it tripped before we went out). When I complained the staff were very helpful and moved us to a room on the second story where we stayed for 2 nights. The door to this room was very badly warped but did lock. The water ran even slower than the first room but we managed a shower (just). The bath wasn’t attached to the wall and did not have an end panel. I’m not sure you could use the bath, we didn’t try! The windows were badly warped but the worst part was a floor to ceiling window that couldn’t be secured shut. If someone leant on it whilst brushing their teeth they would literally have plummeted 2 stories to the ground. I mentioned this to the hotel who said the room wasn’t finished!! Breakfast was good, service good, staff friendly, location quite far out of town. The hotel did say we may have problems with TukTuks and gave us the number of someone that worked well. Of the 6 hotels we have stayed in Sri Lanka this was by far the worst and we were pleased to leave."
