not satisfied with their behaviour, they are not cooperating in anything . rooms are not adequate , washroom is not good, water problem is there

The room was good, hotel staff was very polite and helpful and the location of the hotel was perfect.

Room- Spacious, very bright, airy. Cleanliness- Hotel was neat and clean. We did no go to the Swimming pool this time, it is small however enough. Staff behavior- Polite, Humble and very FRIENDLY. Locality- at heart of the Baga. Just 5 mins walk you can reach baga-calangute road, and lots of food and shopping option is there. Beach Distance- with scooty it took for us 10 mins to reach baga beach scooty parking at titto's lane. they have daily room servicing, neat and clean, once we felt restaurant bill was costly, they adjusted in the next order. That means they are focused on "customer satisfaction". Also on the checkout day we were leaving early, they insisted to take the packed breakfast for the journey. last but not least restaurant- enouh for guests, clean, food was tasty, good breakfast options. we customized food on the menu for our Baby. security is good. Spacious where one can park their rented scooty or car.

Overall good experience and service is also good. But food is might costly

Location is perfect and the hotel is very much neat and clean. The staff are very supportive and very helpful. Complimentary breakfast is also upto the mark. The restaurant menu needs to add more of goan cuisines.
