There is nobody to help with the luggage and the staff is rude. I will not recommend.

We fly into Bergamo a few times a year and always stay at The Airport Hotel before an onward journey. It’s excellent value for money. The rooms have all recently been modernised and are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price. The staff have always been very friendly. We always hire a car but the hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport as it is a few miles away. We have tried other hotels in the vicinity of the airport but keep coming back her as it offers the best value for money. 

整體還行，符合這個價格，有送機服務，5歐一個人，比較方便，趕早班集的話，住這裏還不錯！

Zoals de naam zegt, het is een airport hotel. Vriendelijke receptie, maar in het restaurant ligt dit iets anders. Misschien had ze een slechte dag. Kamers zijn schoon.

Hotel de aeropuerto con un parking amplio y un servicio de lanzadera a Bergamo Orio AirPort. Cogimos una habitación triple y era muy básica, con 3 camas básicas y ninguna decoración. Desayuno completo y con productos sin gluten si lo solicitas con antelación. Para mí no es un 4* sino más bien un 3*

Todo estuvo muy bien, el desayuno también muy ordenado y organizado.
