"First time there. Very comfortable bed, the tv also good, can connect to netflix too. location also good. in front of the ' buffalo roundabout'. parking also available in front of the hotel"

"The price included big room, buffet breakfast and strategic location within Limbang Plaza. Buffet breakfast was average - nasi lemak chicken rendang, maggi goreng, toast with jam, bihun sup, watermelon, butter cake and drink Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel near to bank, supermarket, guardian/ watson. But the hot shower was rather warm."

"The room and toilet is good, however the air conditioning is too old and it is slow to reduce the temperature inside the room. Nevertheless, the hotel reception is responsive by calling and offer to switch the room."

"Cute and new boutique hotel with a very good cafeteria next door. Rooms are rather small but good value for money. The rooms and bathroom are clean and the hotel is generally bright with a cheerful atmosphere. The front desk staff are respectful and very helpful. Will come back again"

"+: 1. Got a bigger room (in my booking, 1 queen bed & 1 single bed but given with 1 queen bed & 2 single beds). 2. Good and working fine aircon and water heater. 3. Clean bed, towels, room, toilet, glasses. 4. Clear TV broadcast. 5. Good WiFi. 6. Good lighting. 7. Has room slippers, toiletries (but not sure the liquid in the dispenser in the bathroom is a shampoo or body wash. When I applied it to my hair, it didn't feel good), kettle, complimentary water bottles, hair dryer and glasses. 8. Good security system - the rooms block only can be entered by guests who have key card. 9. Has windows. -: 1. Room and toilet had a bit unpleasant smell. 2. There was a water supply distruption when I had my shower till need to contact the management to be fixed. 3. Not sound proof room, my mum complained on hearing a sound. 4. No lift. 5. Room is located at different block from the receptionist block. 6. Only 1 key room is provided so it's hard to move separately as a group."
