LLynnelimThe location is away from the central market but it is alright if you have car. If you were a light sleeper, it might be not suitable for you as we can hear the noice. Overall is okay. And the bright side is that they have many plug points in the room!

Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great.

SStarferryStrategic location facing the Rejang River. Good view. Overall it's very comfortable & spacious room except it's a bit ageing. Old Bath tub & layout + furniture from the 90's. Breakfast served at normal hotel standard only. Local breakfast outside will be more appealing.

TTlvwCompared with most hotels with only stairs, this hotel is equipped with elevators, which is very convenient for guests with more luggage. There is a supermarket near the hotel, which is convenient for shopping, but there are fewer preferential activities and parking spaces are relatively tight. However, the environment here is very quiet, especially suitable for relaxing, being able to sleep peacefully and wake up naturally, which is generally a comfortable stay experience.

AAnonymous UserFor Sibu I believe lots of traveller don’t know where to choose for stay, Otel is actually quite standard and clean for a hotel in Sibu and it’s really convenient to have everything you need just within walking distance for a city that is so hard to find proper transport

GGuest UserReceptionist service need to be improve. We were asked to wait while check in, we stay and wait at the lobby for 1 hour but receptionist didn't inform us when the rooms were ready, until we asked again. Should 1st come 1st serve. Rooms were clean and hotel location good. Breakfast good with variety of food.

We should make money with conscience, and we cannot just let guests stay and ignore their experience. The quality of the mattress and room facilities directly affect sleep and the overall stay experience. For example, a broken light in the room will affect rest, and an uncomfortable mattress may even cause back pain. Since it is a paid stay, customers want a safe and comfortable experience, not just a makeshift overnight stay. I hope the hotel can pay attention to these issues and truly make every guest feel safe and sleep well. ”

AAnonymous UserActually I wanna find a hotel that is very near to the hospital. And yes I found this hotel. The receptionist is so friendly and talk nicely to me. Need a deposit rm 50 to enter the hotel when we book using this app (idk when we book it walk in). Overall ok, just too small for the toilet & bathroom. The room is ok not quite big also but okay. affordable price. (The pic I’ve got from google. It’s similar of the room that I book, but didn’t have the oyo pillow. Hhehe. Has table, tv. That’s all
