Hotel Three Sixty

Una grata experiencia, instalaciones increíbles, vistas únicas, trato amable por parte de Andrés, Alexa y William. Como observación sería la hora del check in, que podría realizarse más temprano. Además, falta de coordinación en la información brindada ya que al llegar al lugar se nos informó que se podía ingresar más temprano y no a las 3 como se nos indicó en un principio.

The staff at Hotel three sixty are INCREDIBLE! The rooms, other amenities, food/drink, etc. are also so wonderful :-) We would definitely recommend Hotel Three Sixty for anyone interested in visiting Costa Rica! We had the best time and met some wonderful new friends!

It is truly difficult to decide what to rave about first. This is not our first visit to Hotel 360 and yet I left, again, with this feeling of being made to feel special by everyone we met. Even the other guests were charming. We love the jungle and yet to experience the luxury of the entire experience. The staff, many of whom we see each visit, even remembered our specific preferences. We had an issue with our rental car, through no fault of the hotel or staff, yet they made to help us immediately and without any thought about responsibility, just to be sure their guests were taken care of. The restaurant is amazing for breakfast or dinner. The food is incredible and the staff are so responsive and lovely in their handling of every request. Thank you Hotel 360 for being an island of joy.

This is the most wonderful, special hotel. The staff (Alexa, Andres, William, Paula, Jefferson, Javier, to name a few--) were so incredible, and by the end we were so sad to have to say goodbye to them. They consistently helped make our vacation more relaxing (including handling car rental issues, prepping breakfast for us before early morning excursion departures, and giving great restaurant recommendations.) The food is wonderful, views are amazing, and rooms are immaculate. I truly can't recommend Hotel Three Sixty enough!

Solo fuimos a comer y para un masaje. La experiencia fue muy agradable, el lugar, espectacular! La vista que tienen es de verdad, muy impresionante. El servicio fue muy bueno. Perfecto para ir tipo 5 pm y ver la puesta del sol con su pareja. Muy romantico.

This Small Hotel of the World is an absolute gem. Hidden up in the mountains of Costa Rica with a breathtaking view, it’s so relaxed and uncomplicated, superb food and outstanding service from their small dedicated staff. If you are considering a trip to Costa Rica this is a definite contender for a last stop for relaxing and complete pampering after the full on exercising and hiking through other parts of this wonderful country. Gracias and Pura Vida Hotel Three Sixty - you are a triumph!
