Hotel Three Sixty

My husband and I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind. They truly made us feel welcome. The hotel offers a breathtaking view that’s hard to beat. The food was absolutely delicious, and the rooms were both beautiful and very comfortable. It’s the perfect location if you’re looking to relax, and it's also close to some great restaurants in Ojochal. I really hope to come back soon. Totally recommended! Definitely one of the best options in the area!

This place has an amazing team of staffs. They all went above and beyond than what a normal hotel staff would do. They practically made all of my reservations, and was the middle person for a slight issue we had with one of the company (which was quickly resolved). My partner and I came here to celebrate our one year anniversary. They left a nice surprise for us in our room. A beautiful bed covered in rose petals, and a heart shaped decoration with a nice little note. The views are absolutely stunning, especially the sunset by the pool. While the term three sixty can be a bit misleading, you have about 180 degree view of the ocean (which is beyond the forest, and a 360 view of the Forrest. I would 100% come here again in a heart beat. Do note you will need a 4x4 vehicle for transportation as this hotel is at the top of the mountain.

nous avons demandé du pain lors d'un repas du soir , il n'était pas proposé ! on nous a apporté 5 misérables tartines de pain , qui nous ont été facturées 6$50, c'est une honte une ignominie un scandale ! Dans tous les restaurants du monde le pain est fourni gratuitement On a bien compris que leur objectif est de prendre le maximum d'argent aux touristes , mais trop c'est trop ! Quand vous prenez un cocktail a 18$ , vous devez payer un supplément pour avoir un accompagnement , dans les 5 autres hotels que vous avons fréquentés pendant notre séjour au Costa Rica , systématiquement nous avons eu du pain aux repas , et un accompagnement avec l'apéritif je passerai sous silence l'odeur nauséabonde d'égout dans la chambre aprés la pluie , je ne dirai rien sur le coffre fort hors d'usage ,ainsi que sur la serrure défectueuse de la chambre Le pire c'est que le même pain de basse qualité est proposé au petit déjeuner La vue est fantastique , la nourriture est correcte , mais les pratiques commerciales sont insupportables De plus , cet hotel est interdit aux enfants , cela en dit long sur la mentalité des dirigeants A 550$ la nuitée , je pense que le pain peut etre offert aux repas , et qu'une coupelle de cacahuètes par exemple peut etre proposée quand vous prenez un coctail Ca s'appelle le savoir vivre , malheureusement le seul objectif est de prendre le maximum d'argent aux touristes A 40 km de la , il y a un formidable hotel qui s'appelle La Paloma Lodge , allez plutot la bas et oubliez ce Three Sixty
