buffet dinner was awesome... I ate almost all 5star resort and hotels in dhaka and coxsbazar. But the palace buffet dinner is always best.the dessert items is very unique.they are very careful about ingredients of every time.you will love cream mushroom souo,beef duoeyaja,pasta.i asked them about the chef and talked with chef hira gomej and hasan(dessert).they worked several years in Abu Dhabi International hotel.Now i got the point why this foods are delicious. ********* More than 5star Asma Hossain Dhaka, Bangladesh

Its a best place to have a honeymoon, the ambience is so nice and cozy , away from all the hustle of city life, all the staff are so friendly and cordial of all the three restaurants. Of all the resorts I’ve visited in Bangladesh, The Palace Luxury Resort stands out as the best. The atmosphere is serene, and at no point did it feel overcrowded. I visited with my wife and two sons. We traveled by car with our driver, and I really appreciated that the resort has separate accommodation and dining facilities for drivers. It was a big help. I’d love to return with the whole family whenever I get the chance.

Service by khanadaker Hannan at olive restaurant for breakfast was top tier. Food was great and Hannah’s coffee was really great. Room was very clean. The view was beautiful from our window. Amenities was enough for the both of us. And the location is a little far but worth it.

I was here with a full board package for 3 days. The best part was the food & service. All the restaurants are having good menu. Buffet at Olivia restaurant was a great experience. Specially the service from Sohel bhai & his team along with Mitu, China, Hasan was extraordinary. Company should have more of these kind of well mannered employees like Sohel Bhai. Overall it was a very good experience.
