The hotel has an artistic atmosphere and a sense of design, and the service is also very friendly. They helped us with our luggage and loaded it into the taxi when we left. The restaurant is great, the view outside the restaurant window is great, and the breakfast is good. However, the facade is very small and there is almost no lobby. There is an elevator but the floor is uneven and it may be inconvenient to carry a large suitcase. Moreover, there was a room on the same floor being renovated on the night we checked in. The smell of formaldehyde was very strong. We woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't breathe, so we had to open the window. It was serious. Affect experience.

Stayed for 2N in the suite which was comfortable for us since we were 3 adults As far as the location goes, there are pros and cons. Cars / taxis cannot stop right outside the hotel since it is a bus lane. Instead you can walk to the next block and book your cab/ taxi. But yes when you check in and check out you will need to drag your suitcases till the hotel. But the pros is that this hotel isn’t very far from Nizami street and is at a walking distance (15-18 minutes depending on where you want to go) The breakfast is very average but you get basic breads, mini pastries, cereals, coffee, so you won’t be hungry. A special shout out to the front desk staff who were always helpful, smiling and made us stay warm. Not a bad hotel for the price you pay.

The hotel turned out to be even better than I expected. Clean, quiet, cozy. The staff is great - smiling, always ready to help. Breakfasts are ok, you definitely won't go hungry. Everything is at hand, the location is convenient. Very happy, would come back with pleasure!

We chose Maestro Address in Baku to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of amazing! Though there was an issue with our originally booked balcony room, the staff and manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. Their courteous service and generosity won our hearts, offering us a fantastic upgrade that made our stay even more special. The hotel is new, well-located, and beautifully maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay in Baku!

There is nothing positive about this hotel: location is bad and far from the old town. Breakfast is inedible. Hotel staff is unhelpful and not friendly. Rooms are not soundproof and you can hear noises all day and night. There was, possibly still is, a construction inside the hotel. Bed is uncomfortable. I do not recommend staying here.

Fantastic new hotel in the center of Baku city, its very beautiful with delicious breakfast buffe and restaurant food was very tasty, thanks to the chieff. Room was Big enough and comfortable, with luxury modern design. Will be back here for sure

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Everything was terrible: location, breakfast, staff, and construction noises. Rooms are not soundproof at all and you can hear noises from inside and outside of the hotel. Room and hotel descriptions are inconsistent with reality. In general, the hotel is way overpriced comparing what is offering. I recommend to stay somewhere else.
