We have made the reservation 2months ago but the hotel said they couldn’t find my booking when I wanted to book airport transfer service. I contacted the booking agency and they confirmed me again with a hotel confirmation number but the hotel never replied me. I thought it would be fine because the agent double confirmed already. When we arrived Baku at midnight, the hotel said they didn’t have my booking and sent me to another hotel with poor quality and far away from the city centre. They said they received my reservation but they never confirmed me and said I should have a “confirmation letter” issued by them if booking is confirmed. After investigation, the booking agent said its because the hotel was overbooked. The hotel confirmation number was given by the hotel so their reply to me was ridiculous. It’s a very bad hotel indeed. Scamming travellers!!!

Nice hotel, stayed for one night, located near the fountain square and the Old Town. There is a shop in the same house.
The room was not very big, ok for one night. The bathroom is spacious, but somehow outdated, in fact, like the style of the room, I would like something more fashionable or something. Breakfast is good, there is plenty to choose from.
It's a little strange that not all the staff at the hotel speak Russian, although the whole city speaks it.

As a group of 20 people from Dubai, we arrived this hotel on Mar 29th.To our horror, the Reception is not even 4 sqM, we were first asked to rate this hotel in Google as 5 star to get rooms. Thus is how they have good ratings. Worst breakfast ever. Very rude staff in both restaurant and reception. Advise not to book with these *****.

Not Recommended at all. Very Rude staff, zero hospitality .Tiny rooms no balcony as shown in pictures . View is adjacent walls of other building . No room service. Staff can't understand or speak english . No one responds for room services Please don't waste money .

The receptionist is absolutely rude and unprofessional. He canceled our booking without our confirmation and ignored our calls and messages. He demanded a cash payment and said, “If you want to stay, stay; otherwise, leave." We also requested to speak with the manager but the receptionist did not allow us to. Unless you're looking for an overpriced room with a side of frustration, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. There are other hotels in the area that can offer a much better experience with professional staff and comfortable accommodations.

Don’t book this hotel 💀Overbooking is their usual practice (you can check the recent views on google). I seeked help from my booking agency before the trip because the hotel said they didn’t have my booking when I wanted to book airport transfer service. Then the hotel sent a confirmation number to my agency again. When we arrived, they said they never confirmed my booking. I have to move to another hotel at midnight, after over 10hours flight. 💀Just wanna share my own experience with you all 😢

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. We booked a room for three (!) months in advance and made an advance payment. And on the day of check-in, we found out that our reservation was canceled due to overbooking. We had to look for another place to stay in a hurry.

(M) friend and I (F) checked in, room 313. We booked 2 single beds, but said if we could get in to the room early (1pm) we would share. Room had 2 separate bedroooms and a lounge. While out, my half unpacked bag was moved into my friends room. Wallet, day pack etc still in lounge area and strangers were in 2nd bedroom. No warning at all that we were to be sharing a room with strangers. Disgusted, hoping not been robbed and feeling pretty violated.
