Restaurant is a disaster, the whole menu needs to be reviewed, the terrasse needs to be re-thought as well as the restaurant. People are marvelous (kind, helpful, smiling) It's a pitty they don't have a better tool.

L’hôtel est proche des thermes mais l’accès à la réception est difficile pour la clientèle curiste malgré l’ascenseur mais il faut un code pour y accéder et celui ci n’est jamais donné à la réception lors de l’arrivée La cuisine du restaurant est juste hallucinante pas de propositions de menus de saison des mets immangeables Et malgré les remarques rien ne change depuis 2017.

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Nous entendions le bruit de la route , de la télévision dans la chambre voisine, des clients dans le couloir... Qualité générale médiocre. Sanitaires mal entretenus. Fuite au niveau de la paroi de douche. Très peu soigné.

Inacceptable impossible de se garer près de la réception (en étage par escalier extérieur) dans ce fond d’impasse. La descente/montée des bagages devient un enfer pour des personnes âgées ou ayant quelques difficultés. J’ai préféré payer une nuit pour rien et j’ai passé la nuit dans un autre hôtel

Mon mari avait des problèmes lombaires, j'ai annulé la réservation , j'avait prévenu qu'il était impossible de monter au 1er étage , réservation pour 1 nuit , ils n'ont rien voulu savoir et m'ont débité la somme intégrale , à éviter , pas compréhensif, et surtout que mon mari a une carte personne invalide, que je voulais leur présenter pour justifier mon annulation , mais aucun signal , aucune compréhension

chambre et salle de bain corrects et propres. petit dejeuner correct. personnel professionnel et agreable . directrice calme et professionnelle. j avais ete prevenue que une employee thea est lunatique. donc j ai essaye d etre gentille et calme avec elle. mais elle a quand meme trouve le moyen et m agresser verbalement a 3 reprises! nous sommes 3 a ne plus retourner dans cet hotel pour cette raison.

Bien situé car proche des restaurants , propre et fonctionnel Petit balcon , chambre bien équipée et lumineuse Tarif assez élevé Gros point négatif concernant le stationnement car difficulté de trouver une place pour se garer car peu d emplacement

Premier bon point , est très près des thermes pour une curiste 2ème bon point’ la chambre qualité supérieure est très agréable, et le personnel de chambre très aimable et professionnel 3 eme bon point’ le personnel d’accueil porte bien son nom. Il est très attentionné et répond parfaitement à vos besoins 4eme très bon point, Pablo et Jawad en salle de restauration. 2 garçons très pro, aimables et consciencieux. Ils semblent bien maîtriser leur métier. Encore un très grand merci à tous les deux Enfin un très très gros bémol, la qualité de la restauration en demi - pension. Les plats préparés très à l’avance arrivent soit presque froids ou complètement racornis en termes de cuisson. Pas ou très peu de produits locaux !!!! Quel dommage !
