"We spent two nights at the Anna Grand Hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, the reception team was incredibly kind and gave us all the information we needed. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and despite the central location, the room was perfectly quiet. The whole place has a wonderful atmosphere, and lake Balaton is just a three minute walk away. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, and the food was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be returning!"

"The room was okay, but a bit far from the lake, a 20-minute walk. I was a little scared to walk back alone after dark. I was very satisfied with the room after one night, so I extended my stay for another night through Ctrip. However, the hotel manager told me that the room was already booked and I had to change rooms. Considering it was just moving to the next room, I reluctantly agreed. The new room's balcony was half the size, which was bad enough, but the shower was broken, and the curtains didn't block out the light, waking me up early in the morning. At checkout, the manager asked for 1480 forints for city tax, accepting only cash. I gave her 5000 forints, but after leaving, I found she only gave me 3020 forints in change, 500 forints short. Was she deliberately trying to collect a tip this way? Unacceptable!"

Even if you book a lake view room with a balcony, you have to be on the third floor or above to see the lake from a distance. However, the hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities, a clean environment, and a stylish and simple design. The service staff are friendly and if you drive by yourself, there is a parking lot that provides paid parking."
