The Lake Balaton shore is just a one-minute walk away, and the hotel’s café terrace is a true oasis of peace and relaxation. "The room was okay, but a bit far from the lake, a 20-minute walk. I was a little scared to walk back alone after dark. I was very satisfied with the room after one night, so I extended my stay for another night through Ctrip. However, the hotel manager told me that the room was already booked and I had to change rooms. Considering it was just moving to the next room, I reluctantly agreed. The new room's balcony was half the size, which was bad enough, but the shower was broken, and the curtains didn't block out the light, waking me up early in the morning. At checkout, the manager asked for 1480 forints for city tax, accepting only cash. I gave her 5000 forints, but after leaving, I found she only gave me 3020 forints in change, 500 forints short. Was she deliberately trying to collect a tip this way? Unacceptable!"

"الناس يدخنون على أرضية الشاطئ لأنه بدلاً من معلومات عن الحظر و مناطق التدخين، هناك معلومات عن عدم إطعام البط. الغرف صغيرة جداً لشخصين ، مع 3 أشخاص للبقاء فيها ، حتى في المساء فقط ، هو دراما. أفهم أن الغرفة لدي في اليوم الأخير لإبطاء 10.00 ولكن يجب على الفندق الخروج 10.30 هذا مبالغة فيه. يجب أن يكون هناك إمكانية للبقاء في الفندق 11.30 لا جذب للبالغين - الكثير من الألعاب الصاخبة للأطفال - فندق في شارع مزدحم جداً، مليء بالحشرات + شاطئ نظيف لطيف ، سرير دائما متاح ، و غلاية (برافو). الوجبات والمشروبات تقريبا. البار مع الخمور يعمل بكفاءة شديدة في المساء. الخدمة في الفندق لطيفة جدا. الفندق به مميزات للأطفال."

"Check-in must wait until after 3 o'clock. The air conditioner in the first assigned room was not working, and the maintenance staff spent nearly an hour failing to fix it. While they were repairing it, they complained to us that it was a problem with the hotel's air conditioner hardware connection, which made us very anxious. It cooled down after changing rooms in the evening, but it ruined my mood."
