"The manager is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It's a shame about the shared bathroom, because when I read the description, I understood that the bathroom was private, and I personally don't like shared spaces with other people. However, I give him at least a 4 because he's really kind."

"What a fantastic and friendly welcome we received into this small and spotlessly clean hotel. The staff were great, the rooms were clean and well appointed with good beds and bathrooms. It is a bit off the beaten track but was perfect for our purposes which was to visit the Olympic Stadium approx 1.7k away. There are numerous great cafes and restaurant within 500 yards of the hotel."

"7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available."

"Very satisfied, clean and hygienic, cheap, far away from tourist areas, but it is very convenient to take the subway directly. It is a place where locals live and experience the life of locals. Downstairs is a small commercial street, restaurants, bakeries, coffee supermarkets, electronic products, etc. Yes, life is very convenient. For leisure trips, you don't need to turn when you go out and cross the road straight, and walk to Line 3. It's very fresh, so you can walk comfortably without feeling tired. Because I ran smoothly, I stayed for another day."

"The environment is really average, although it is not in the rich area in the north. The hotel room is much smaller than the domestic one; but it is very warm; because the cocomat is the furniture, the bedding and toiletries are not bad. The service is still very good. Overall 4 star recommendation"
