About the Property:Hamilton House is perfectly situated on 2.5 acres only 5 minutes south of Gloucester. With a spacious open-plan living area offering plenty of natural light, this is an ideal house for multiple couples, families or groups looking for a comfortable stay in the country.The property features:- 5 Bedrooms with queen size beds- A large study with Deck and seating - Main living area/ lounge room with 70-inch TV for family time and entertaining- Second living area/ lounge room for relaxing and reading- Main bathroom with a shower and freestanding bath- Separate toilet and vanity off the main bathroom to allow for easy access- Second bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity, located at the opposite end of the house to the main bathroom- Open-plan kitchen area with gas cooktop and lots of prep space- Walk-in pantry with coffee pod machine and large fridge- Spacious dining area which can seat up to 10 people- Large timber verandah wrapping around three sides of the house. The town has 2 pubs with delicious bistro menus, as well as Thai cuisine, pizzas, takeaway food, and dining options at the Bowling, Golf and Soldier’s clubs. Gloucester is brimming with options for outdoor enthusiasts. On the outskirts of town, you will find the newly established mountain biking facilities at ‘The Steps’, with opportunity for water activities such as kayaking and tubing in the rivers nearby.
