"This is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best."

"Today was my second booking with the hotel and im very satisfied with almost everything. The location is very convenient as there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Even the sky train is just a few minutes walk. That aside, the hotel is very clean and neat. Few kitchen stuff is also provided. Staff is also friendly and approachable."

"All satisfied with the hotel but not Trip.com where we booked in this hotel, we have to pay for the breakfast when booking with Trip.com, but indeed the hotel offers complementary breakfast, we are eating the same things paid or not paid. I think this is the problem rested with Trip.com taking advantage of tourists not familiar with local practice charging us expensive ”supposed to be free” breakfast."
