Southgate is a quiet village located above Three Cliffs Bay with clifftop walks taking in beautiful scenery. The area is looked after by the National Trust and it takes approimately 20 minutes to get onto pobbles/Three Cliffs beach. The village has a number of places to eat from coffee shops to restaurants and a pub. The renowned Pennard Golf club is situated at the entrance to the village with views over the bay. If you like walking then it is a great base but a short drive will take you to all the beaches on Gower and they are well worth exploring. A family friendly home from home. Our games room has a table football that everyone will enjoy. We have a selection of games and puzzles and lots of reading material. In the lounge there is a TV with freeview, a DVD player with selection of DVD's. The kitchen\diner is large enough for everyone to fit in with patiio doors opening onto the mainly grassed, fenced garden. We have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom so the house is suitable for anyone not able to go upstairs. There are two double bedroom an one twin bedroom upstairs and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The house has a large combi boiler so there is always hot water.The Garden is mainly grassed and securely fenced with a patio area just outside the kitchen.
