The space has a mini-split heat/air system so you are able to control the temperature in the downstairs space to your liking. There is private patio area for the guest space that also includes a bike rack with a lock to keep your bikes safe.The space is located below another VRBO. You may see other people on the property but the access to the guest unit is completely separate from the main house. Then when you're ready to venture out, you're only 15 minutes to museums & amazing food in downtown Bentonville!As you enter The Wonderful Windsor of OZ you'll see where we gained the inspiration for the name. You're greeted by a welcoming entryway with coat hooks for jackets, helmets, keys and more. There is a half bathroom with moody vibes from the wicked witch of the west and across from it a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has a fun eclectic style and has all you will need for cooking and baking delicious meals for the group. Leaving the kitchen you'll walk through the large opening into the open concept dining/living area. Our dining table seats 6 and looks over the cozy living room. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The smart TV makes it easy to stream movies, shows or the game from your own accounts. We also have an electric fireplace that does produce a bit of heat but is mainly for ambience. From the living room you have a large sliding glass door that leads out to the top deck which overlooks lake Windsor! The deck has a table and 4 chairs, 2 rocking chairs, a propane grill & chiminea. This is the perfect place to sip that morning coffee (of which we provide) or enjoy an evening beverage to relax.Now lets take you downstairs where you'll be sleeping. There are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and full size washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are equipped with cozy king size beds with night stands on both sides and a small set of drawers in each closet. We also provide an air up mattress if you need additional sleeping arrangements. The front bedroom has a smart TV for streaming from bed while the back bedroom has a sliding glass door leading out to the lower deck. The lower deck has 2 rocking chairs, additional bike storage and really nice woodsy lake views. The full bathroom is well equipped with shampoo, conditioner & body wash as well as plenty of soft linens. Help yourself to the full size washer and dryer if you need them. We leave some detergent and dryer sheets for you to tackle a few loads. We do have a small backyard space behind the townhome that is most easily accessed by the community walking trail at the top of the hill vs attempting to walk the steep hillside. *Guests are welcome to store their bikes on the front porch or on the upper deck. *Guests are also allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities as guests if they request guest passes from us within 3 business days of arrival and after booking is confirmed. Come cook smores on the fire by the lake or read a book on the covered deck looking out over the most peaceful views around!The paths(limestone steps and gravel) to the lake are fairly steep but definitely worth it!
