This condo is just blocks from the lift and walking distance to all the local restaurants, grocery store and outdoor summer music events. Smaller complex for more private/quiet stays.My mother and daughter live nearby. I commute from Texas regularly. Someone is always available to come to the property for any issues within about 20-30 minutes. We often have extra things you might have forgotten-like sleds or goggles. One block walk to restaurants and rental shop.Parking is a private marked space. There are two guest spaces directly to the right of our space. Walking the neighborhood is easy. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of drinkware, dishes, pots/pans, and small appliances if you want to enjoy a cocktail on the deck or prepare a family meal (a variety of seasonings and spices is provided). There is a large dining table with seating for 8 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. From the dining area, a sliding door opens to the back deck where there is a gas grill and a covered hot tub area. The master bedroom with king size bed is located on the main floor. The room features a reading nook with an overstuffed leather chair, which is perfect for curling up with a blanket and a good book. The ensuite master bath features double sinks, a shower, and a jetted soaker tub which is perfect after a long day of hiking or skiing. There are two additional bedrooms on the main floor, each with a comfortable queen size bed. The main level is completed with a full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. On the lower level, there is a large bunk/game room which is perfect to spread out and relax, or for the kids to have their own space. This bonus room sleeps up to 5 in two sets of bunk beds (twin over full and twin over twin) and two full size futons.
