The private dock offers space to keep a rented boat. **The owner has a 25ft Bennington pontoon available for an additional daily fee of $450 or ask about a weekly discount. This rental is separate from the Vrbo booking. Ask the agent to refer you to the boat contact where you can discuss exact pricing.**The gated community is privately maintained and roads must be shared. This is a one lane road with turnouts and directional signs for owners. Directions will be supplied prior to arrival date. The views are breath taking.The 8 person Bullfrog hot tub is relaxing with a waterfall, lights, and music. Awesome pool table. There are games for kids, WiFi, Samsung TV with fire stick. Log in with your credentials to watch Disney+, Netflix, Hulu etc. The lazy boy recliner will spoil you. The bear crossing sign is LEGIT! With four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, our home can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it great for family vacations or a peaceful getaway with friends. There’s even a full-size washer and dryer up to the task of handling laundry for a crowd. The heart of the home lies in its grand kitchen, which seamlessly flows into the open living and dining spaces with a soaring cathedral ceiling — ideal for creating cherished moments. The inviting living area, with its ambient mountain vibe, becomes your cozy nook lit by firelight at night. Entertain with ease, thanks to the dual BBQ setups, a crackling fire pit, and a soothing jacuzzi. Get ready for the day in a massive glass wall shower with complimentary toiletries. A giant mirror over the vanity with bright lighting makes for perfect makeup application! There’s even a European-style bidet to complete the spa-like ambiance of this room. The 2 additional bedrooms boast cozy queen beds with elegant bed linens, closets, and modern decor throughout. The guest bedroom on the main level also has an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and a single vanity. The lower-level bedroom is a suite with a comfortable sitting room and an ensuite bathroom. The third full bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. Outdoor Amenities The moment you see the house for the first time will be a “take your breath away” kind of moment. Grill up a feast on one of two gas grills and then dine in the fresh mountain air at one of several outdoor dining sets. Vacation doesn’t get better than this! Take a hike through the private trails surrounding the property and discover stunning waterfalls hidden within the dense forest. Enjoy a picnic by a waterfall, or simply soak in its beauty and sounds as you relax in one of our many outdoor seating areas. Endless adventures await just minutes from our doorstep. From hiking and biking to fishing and kayaking, there's something for everyone in Old Fort. Security Cameras are on the outside of the house (at the front door and perimeter) and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.  Noise is monitored in common gathering areas both inside the home (living room) and outside (around the pool).  This only detects volume, not actual conversation. Important Note: Guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
