Subject: Complaint Regarding Our Stay from October 17th to 23rd Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express our dissatisfaction with the experience we had during our stay at your hotel from October 17th to 23rd, 2024. Despite the high expectations we had for your establishment, several issues occurred that significantly impacted our stay. For 3 to 4 days, we did not receive clean bath towels, despite making three requests. Each time, we were assured that the issue would be resolved promptly. However, not only was it not addressed, but on two occasions, housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:30 PM to deliver small towels instead of the bath towels we had requested. Being disturbed at such a late hour is unacceptable and baffling, especially in a hotel of this caliber. Considering that we paid 1,870 USD for our stay, we believe that the service we received fell far below the expected standard. Therefore, we are requesting compensation for the inconvenience caused during our stay. We hope you will take our complaint seriously and respond appropriately to our concerns. My go to place in New York. Clean, inexpensive, perfect location and the most helpful front desk. A plus for me is all the great street food in the area.

This hotel was amazing. Perfect prime location. We had the Times Square room and the view was perfect. The staff were very nice as well. You will notice a very distinctive smell to this hotel (in a good way). Some people may find the rooms a bit smaller but it’s not a big deal.

The room is small (not 32 square meters as described), and the hygiene and other comprehensive conditions are OK. But the most unpleasant thing happened on the morning of the check-out day. After checking out at 10:20, I found two bags of clothes left in the second drawer of the cabinet under the TV in the room. I called the hotel immediately at 11 o'clock. The hotel asked us to log in to the lost property platform to register. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon, the email replied that the items could not be found. From the time I reported the lost items at 11 o'clock to 3 o'clock in the afternoon, according to the hotel, check-in can only be made after 4:00, and only hotel staff can enter my room during this period, but the result is that the items were not found. This is really incomprehensible and unacceptable. It seems that I will not be able to stay at this hotel in the future.

I’ve been returning to this immaculate Hampton inn location again and again over the years and it seems to both maintain its original look and feel while still being fresh, modern, and easily accessible , a short block from Grand Central. Nice place. Deep south Manhattan. About 5 minute walk from Staten Island ferry but very far removed from any other big event unless you want to hop on a train. Enough room for a bed, two bodies and not much else. Has window but just a view of the building next to it. Room was able to stay cool, it let's you set your own temperature for about 2 hours then it resets to default which is a little toasty, especially in hotter weather. Elevator is the fastest elevator I've ever riden in. Maybe 4 or 5 seconds to get from bottom to top if you get a straight shot. Biggest problem is the TV and it's services. You need to scan a QR code to use your phone as a remote and only when you're connected to the hotel wifi and it's very finicky. It also tells you that you can use chrome cast or airplay by scanning another qr code and just using a streaming service off your phone. This does not work. And I had to talk to 3 service people to figure out it just would not work. All of them were as helpful as they could be, just didn't know what was going on. Then I got lucky and caught someone who knew and they said it's an upgrade in the entire hotel chain system, not even that specific hotel. So until they finish it on their end then update that hotel casting to the TV isn't possible and isn't stated anywhere that it's broken. And no time frame when it will ever be back. So your only option using the TV is cable TV with your phone as the remote.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is very central ( closed to time square) and right next to the subway ( line A,C, E ) and only few minutes walking for other lines. The service is super friendly and helpful. We booked a twin bedrooms, which was also quite spacious for New York standards. A big plus for the beds, which were super comfy. Finally attached to the hotel there is a lovely tapas restaurant with nice drinks and food. definitively convenient after a long day walking

My daughter and I shared a room with double beds, the room was very spacious with everything you need (iron, ironing board, blow dryer, full bottles of shampoo - conditioner - body wash, etc.). Close to NYC, just across the bridge, Uber and taxis right outside the door. Front desk staff so helpful, friendly and professional. Very safe.

Traveled with a family of 5. Loved our stay. Staff were very welcoming and nice. We needed accommodations and they meet our needs with no problems. Valet parking were courteous. Our rooms were clean organized, and very well structured. We loved the bathroom behind the mirror. Very nice. Kids loved it and enjoyed the stay. They have a small Gym, beautiful breakfast lobby, lower terrace with tables, and upper terrace with a beautiful view. Their breakfast was ok. Do need a little more work on. Offered toast, bagels, cerial, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, tater tots, fruits, coffee, juice and water. Eggs were watery, and tater tots were cold, and not well done. Bagel tosted with cream cheese were great. We rate it a 4 out of 5 since it does need work on their breakfast, but we enjoyed our stay and will visit again. Thank you!

I love the Arlo Nomad! The location is amazing! You can walk anywhere from there. There’s great food and restaurants around! The rooms even the standard one are beautiful! Although we booked a standard room we had an amazing view of the Empire State Building on the 27th floor! The staff is amazing! Very kind and very forthcoming! They really do their best for every guest to have a beautiful stay! The rooms are very clean and the bed is super comfortable! Very pleasant sleep! They even have a steamer which was very nice! We used it every day! The staff made early check in possible and really took care of everything immediately! I love this hotel!
