Not so bad. But the quality of the food can be better all in all not again this Hotel.

Stayed here after we enjoyed a week in same company hotel in Rhodes. First impressions were not good in comparison, however, the atmosphere, staff and rooms were good. Just not a big as previous. The only downfall was the walk up hill from the road to reception which is quite steep. Everything else was amazing. Short walk to beach. A few local shops and restaurants. Water sports. 3 pools and always got a sun bed, good variety of food in the restaurant and drinks to serve yourself. Was not a fan of the coffee in the restaurant but the bar coffee is good.

Ook animatieteam is fantastisch .en in het Engels. Gewoon prijs kwaliteit fantastisch hotel

Hôtel propre et rénové. Très belle piscine avec vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes. Personnel courtois et nourriture excellente! Mention honorable à Ioannis à la réception!

Super séjour au bali paradise avec animation, chambre et all inclusive l'accueil a été sympa et efficace a l'aéroport, le petit village de Bali est super sympa et pas loin de la tres belle ville de Réthymnon, l'hôtel est tres sympa, chambres confortables, restauration impeccable, là crete et les crétois est magnifique, Ar contre a noter attendez la réunion d'information avant d'acheter vos excursions car le représentant local propose beaucoup de sorties qui sont très sympathique avec location de véhicule sur place ! pour moi inutile d'acheter les excursions avant..

Nous avons séjourné, ma fille de 11 ans et moi-même, au Mitsis Bali Paradise en Crète du 22 au 29 août, séjour que nous avons réservé auprès de l'agence Promovacances de Villeneuve d'Ascq, qui soit dit en passant est vraiment Top ! A l'arrivée au Mitsis, quelle fut notre surprise quand nous avons découvert notre chambre, enfin si nous pouvons appeler cela une chambre. Elle était située dans un recoin totalement isolé du club, à l'écart de tout, dans un bâtiment qui ne fait absolument pas rêver ! Une fois dans la chambre, nous avons découvert une pièce sombre avec une malheureuse petite fenêtre, une salle d'eau en guise de salle de bain, puisque nous pouvions prendre notre douche assises sur la cuvette des toilettes, pas de sèche-cheveux bien évidemment, pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour appeler la réception, je ne vous parle même pas des prises électriques et encore moins des nids de fourmis ,le 1er matin, je me suis réveillée avec des fourmis dans le lit, ma fille était horrifiée. Je suis allée immédiatement à la réception pour leur faire part de mon mécontentement, n'ayant pas d'autres chambres disponibles dans l'immédiat, nous avons été dans l'obligation de dormir 2 nuits dans cet endroit, avec beaucoup d'insistance de ma part nous avons donc été relogé dans une chambre digne de ce nom, si ça n'avait pas été le cas, le 3ème jour nous quittions l'hôtel. Ce qui me désole, c'est que si je n'avais pas fait part de mon mécontentement, l'hôtel nous aurait laissé une semaine dans ce logement inacceptable (photos ci-jointes). A ce jour le service client Karavel refuse de nous dédommager et voici leur réponse : "Les infrastructures, notions de confort, service voire d’hygiène peuvent par conséquent être différentes de celles existant en France, ou de celles auxquelles vous vous attendiez. Il peut donc parfois exister des disparités entre les aspirations des vacanciers et les services hôteliers proposés."

Hotel Mitsis paradise Bali The hotel is basic, rooms are the same. Beds uncomfortable. Food Pleasant and plentiful catering for mass production. On tap drinks especially wine, poor quality, beach bar is limited and very poorly signposted.. ipublic areas clean .. reception Niki was fabulous and very helpful and extremely happy.. overall I think it’s a reasonable hotel.. however I won’t be revisiting.

From the moment we arrived right up to the moment of departure our experience here was nothing but excellent, professional, friendly and welcoming. A top team that don’t appear to be working for a company but work rather for a family business. A great team in the reception always there to assist with any need any time of the day or night. The pool was great and all the other guests were relaxed and the atmosphere was just perfect. The room service team had our rooms spotless each day and the smiling evening shift always assisted if we needed anything in the later hours, which is the case sometimes with young kids. The beach bar and Raymond always there to help by the beach side bar. The highlight was of course the professional and quality the staff in the restaurant applied, run by a magnificent leader Antonas the kitchen was an exceptional team and produced day in day out the best of foods, for breakfast lunch and dinner. And Maria and the team in the floor always there to welcome us. You would never know this hotel was nearing the end of a long season and the staff and teams still kept up a strong positive smiling energetic attitude. To the owners you should be proud of the teams you have. Can only recommend for all ages, families couples. Will be back.

Great staff, nice breakfast but pool too noisy Reception staff were very good especially Niki (excellent English!).As others have commented the pool area can be extremely loud at times, not conducive to a relaxing break. That said, the free beach facilities make a decent alternative. Choice and quality of breakfast items was excellent. One minor issue - why are there no locked facilities for storing suitcases for guests leaving later in the afternoon?

Siisti paikka Siisti kohde, mutta ruoka ja juomat oli melko sanomatonta laadultaan.

Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids.

En fantastiskt vistelse på detta fina hotell. Personalen har ett trevligt bemötande, städningen var perfekt och maten var fantastisk! Vi har varit på Kreta flera gånger, men detta hotell var på en annan nivå. Hotellet har en egen strand med bar och egna solstolar.

Superbe chambre avec vu sur la baie de bali acceuil super sympatique cela fait quatre fois que j'y vais a refaire.seul point noir je suis partie avec booking . Com probleme au niveau de ma location de voiture ma reservation avait ete annule a mon arrive a heraclion il a falu que je prenne un taxi pour m'enmener a bali je deconseil se voyagiste.

Great location and service throughout the hotel. The restaurant has good choices with self service including drinks wine, beer, soft drinks, tea and coffee . Bar's are stocked with all types of alcohol and cocktails Three pools one with 2 water slides one with area for little ones Entertainment was mainly centered on the French guests so consider this The Hotel is up a very steep slope which for me was a little daunting arriving during the night and dropped off at the slope meant that there was no help to get luggage to reception This is not always the situation as other transfers by coach went up the hill so much easier Arriving during the day no problem the hotel will help you Do not be put off by my sligtly negative remarks as I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and wished I had booked a longer stay. Will be booking again
