Not so bad. But the quality of the food can be better all in all not again this Hotel.

This is the second time this year we have stayed here and it did not disappoint either time! The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly! The scenery was amazing and close to everything you need to have an amazing experience! The pool area is incredible, very relaxing and comfortable! The lifeguard Jordan is incredibly helpful and professional and makes your time there with his friendly attitude and smile. His knowledge of the area was so helpful. He recommended amazing places for us to visit and places to eat out for my birthday! Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back!

Hotel très propre, personnel très pro et souriant dans la grande majorité. Buffet varié et chaud. 2 piscines très propre. Point fort pour l équipe d animation . Merci à eux et à leur responsable Hélène. Point négatif : trop d attente au bar avec "le responsable", Yanis qui ne passe son temps qu'à parler sans aider ses collègues qui sont débordé. Très decu par la chambre: pas de charme, meubles passé d'âge, "balcon"? Minimaliste et fait de planche en bois... Je suis fort déçu par cette expérience.

Wrong room given the moved next day but had issues and one of the men really rude. No help with suitcases moving room and no help upon check out. Lack of vegetarian options unless you want spinach pie for every meal! No entertainment if English set up for French people Worst Mitsis I have stayed at and what they post on instagram is very incorrect I would pay more and go to another mitsis or go Rhodes

Very good hotel, worth recommending. Beautifully situated on a hill with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Hotel rather for adults, few attractions for children and a lot of stairs. Very good food, large selection and good quality. Polite service, very clean everywhere, rooms carefully cleaned every day. At the hotel there are two nice swimming pools and a bar with good drinks and coffee. Very nice and polite Mr. Lifeguard Jordan, greeting with a smile and looking for a sunbed for everyone, takes care of the safety of children and serves everyone with help and a kind word. The beach is a few minutes walk across the road, there is an all inclusive bar and free sunbeds. Very poor animation, supposedly there is a group of animators but they do very little. However, it did not bother me. Overall, for me, a great hotel and a very successful holiday, I will be happy to go back there.

Sehr gutes Urlaubshotel mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Alles ist sehr auf französische Urlauber ausgerichtet. Englisch wird verstanden, jedoch nicht immer gesprochen. Laut web-site des Hotels wird auch deutsch gesprochen, was aber nicht der Fall war. Das Speiseangebot war reichhaltig und gut. Allerdings gab es wenig Höhepunkte mit lokaler Küche. Das dafür angepriesen Ala-carte-Restaurant hatte wenig Plätze und war reservierungspflichtig. Es gelang mir nicht dort zu reservieren. Der Strand ist klein, aber gut mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Beschwerlich ist aber der Weg dorthin über eine steile Treppe. Es gibt zwei sehr saubere Pools und die weit verbreitete Unsitte, Plätze mit Handtüchern zu reservieren und dann erst nach dem Mittagesen zu erscheinen. Das kulturelle Angebot ist ausschließlich auf französisch sprechende Gäste ausgerichtet. Das trifft auch auf Buchungen für Exkursionen zu.

La situation de l'hôtel est sur une hauteur. Beaucoup de marches et de côtes. La plage est tout en bas. Elle est minuscule. Le moins. Hôtel très vieillot, qui demande une rénovation des chambres. Car chambres sans déco. Salle de bain minuscule. Clim qui ne fonctionne pas ou très mal. Toilette défectueuse. Une lampe, mais pas de prise. Une bouilloire, mais pas de prise. Ménage mal fait. Le plus : Matelas et draps neufs. Piscine refaite, mais pas chauffée, eau très froide en mai. Parasol trop petit. Musique trop forte, toute la journée. Restauration et cuisine très basique. Presque tous les jours la même. Difficulté pour avoir une chambre avec deux lits malgré notre réservation de deux mois en le précisant.

Hotel bien situé pour les excursions (qui sont au départ de l'hôtel) Les représentants FRAM très présents et toujours disponibles. Repas correct et le tout all inclusive. Les coktails sont corrects mais attention il faut faire la queue!! Les chambres dont confortables et la literie est parfaite. L hôtel est fatiguant de nombreux escaliers partout piscine hall L entretien de l hôtel est parfait et il y a un accueil 24/24. Les piscines ne sont pas chauffées . Nous avons participé aux excursions qui sont super Encore merci à Hélène la responsable FRAM et à toute son équipe Evelyne

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Mitsis Paradise à Bali. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un cadre vraiment agréable, propice à la détente, avec une atmosphère paisible et des installations bien entretenues. Le service est à la hauteur des attentes, fluide et discret, et le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et souriant, ce qui fait vraiment la différence au quotidien. C’est un lieu parfait pour se déconnecter du quotidien, tout en étant à bonne distance de nombreux points d’intérêt de l’île. Petit conseil : pour les excursions ou les déplacements, les agences locales de location de voiture (type Rental Car) sont souvent plus avantageuses que les offres touristiques standard. Côté restauration, la nourriture est au rendez-vous, variée, fraîche et bien préparée. Un vrai plus pour apprécier chaque repas sans lassitude. En résumé, une belle expérience que je recommande à ceux qui cherchent repos, qualité de service, et immersion douce dans l’ambiance balinaise.

We have just returned from 11 nights at Mitsis Bali Paradise and had the most wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful, flowers fill the hotel grounds and everywhere is kept spotless by the cleaning team. The entertainment is very much centered towards the French guests which can be disappointing during the day and evening as the entertainment team will avoid anyone who doesn't speak French and at times spoke with people on all the sunbeds around us but walked straight past us as we were English, however there is plenty to do in the area instead, beautiful restaurants and bars only short walk away if you head down to the beach. There is a train ride taking you to Bali port or bus rides to both Heraklion and Rethymon which are easy to get too. If you are open to going out instead of staying in the hotel then you can see past the entertainment issue. On our trip English guests would meet up outside the pool to play cards and have a chat in the evenings but other than that there is not much going on sadly. The food is nice, very repetitive but again this is broken up if you do eat out on a few nights. Staff are all friendly and you see the same faces each day! The entertainment let's the hotel down but that's only as English guests are not included. I would definitely return and would love to go again in the future! Thank you Mitsis for a lovely 11 day break!

Returned home today after a 9 night visit. The hotel is gorgeous and in a fantastic location with superb views. The hotel is in the process of being refurbished now Mitsis have taken it over. They have already done the main lobby and bar and the 2 swimming pools, which are fantastic and added 2 a la carte restaurants a cretian and Italian which are lovely additions. The staff are all wonderful and work very hard to give you an amazing holiday. We stayed in room 818 and although this has yet to be refurbished it had a fantastic big balcony with gorgeous views and good sized bathroom and bedroom. The food buffet food is good quality but does become repetitive with very similar dishes everyday. The Cretian restaurant we did not really enjoy but that maybe down to personal taste. The Italian was lovely. I.m gluten intolerant and dishes are not clearly labelled so you do have to ask. There is a lovely older gentleman who is a chef and wears black (I didn't manage to get his name) he was fantastic and walked me round each dish explaining what I could eat, they also have gluten free bread, cereals, muffins and breadsticks if you ask for them. The Italian restaurant was also really good and the chef came to talk to me and cooked gluten free spaghetti. The drinks and cocktails were all excellent and were made to order by the wonderful bar staff. There is a bit of a queue at peak times. The beach is lovely with free sunbeds and a drinks and snack bar. I.m a storyteller and we were meant to get a welcome gift in the room which I never received and had to ask 3 times for my leaving gift, which I think needs to improve as Mitsis is very keen to promote but then don't deliver the benefits. All in all a fantastic holiday and we would return, it's just some of the finer details that are missing.

Piscine non chauffée glacée, hypothermie assurée, dommage qu'il n'y est pas un système de chauffage. 1 semaine sans profiter de ce service! Beaucoup de bruits, travaux dans les espaces détente. Déjeuner en terrasse et en bas tonte de la pelouse, odeur essence au Déjeuner pas top. Repas toujours le même, amateurs de poissons vous apprécierez. Repas pas chaud difficulté de garder chaud leur repas malgré leurs lampes réchauffe. Bruits dans notre département chambre 418. Gens un peu trop alcoolisés, chaque soir, un vigil serait le bienvenu à cet endroit afin d'éviter ses désarrois. Plage transat ok bien plus loin que l'hôtel et pas de bar mitsis, soit vous prenez votre bouteille eau ou vous payez des consommations sur place, dommage. Celui qui a des difficultés à marcher sera bien ennuyé pour monter jusqu'à l'entrée de l'hôtel, pente très difficile. Une voiturette de golf s'était un top service. Chambre ok. Personnel de chambre ok. Équipe d'animation PERFECT! Restaurant crétois NON OK. Restaurant italien OK, TRÈS BIEN. Niveau cocktail 🍸 pas beaucoup de choix. 2eme fois en Crête pour nous et vraiment déçu.

Dans les chambres ,remplacer les rideaux de douche par des portes coulissantes, car avec la ventilation automatique le rideau colle au corps lors de la douche et diminue de moitie la surface exploitable du bac et provoque une gène désagréable.

Stayed here after we enjoyed a week in same company hotel in Rhodes. First impressions were not good in comparison, however, the atmosphere, staff and rooms were good. Just not a big as previous. The only downfall was the walk up hill from the road to reception which is quite steep. Everything else was amazing. Short walk to beach. A few local shops and restaurants. Water sports. 3 pools and always got a sun bed, good variety of food in the restaurant and drinks to serve yourself. Was not a fan of the coffee in the restaurant but the bar coffee is good.
