I and my boyfriend had a great and unforgettable experience over here. Even though there was a type of room for 2single bed left but the staff give a hand as you guy can see a picture below. Anyway we love to stay all day long for relaxing at this hotel🧡✨

I think it's located in a convenient location in the Sanur area. The shampoo and conditioner in the room was so good that I bought the same one. Being able to watch videos such as Netflix on the TV in the room was also a good thing. The staff are all kind and helpful, so you can stay here with peace of mind.

This was a great find on our Indonesia trip. It was hard to book hotels near Christmas Eve, but this hotel saved our lives, and it was great! Book it on time, and you will have an amazing time! The hotel had great service thanks to all the staff, great food, and many options for breakfast. We didn't try dinner or lunch, but the menu seems nice, and they had live music too at night. In general, all the amenities were great; they have a great gym and nice pool areas. The location is not great, but it is near a harbor. That said, near the harbor, you can find amazing restaurants, a great cafe, an amazing Muslim lamb local food place, and also other busy local restaurants that serve a fish local dish. They have great hotel taxi services, but Grab will also work fine. They also have a great spa; we had an amazing massage there. They have a service to the Beach everyday! That was great

I loved everything there: cold AC, comfy bed, beautiful yard, quietness, friendly staff, good location- plenty of places to eat and massages, close to the airport. I was only there for one night, but it’s one of those places - it’s just nice to be there, you certainly do feel like on holiday.

We booked a total of 4 rooms for the 5 of us. The building is quite run-down. It is actually a very well designed building with a lap pool in between the 2 wings , but there is no proper upkeep. One of the rooms was flooded after a sewerage pipe burst. They changed the room, but the next room had a leaking aircon fan coil. They then changed another room. My room had a leaking water heater, and my toilet roll left below qaa totally wet. The saving grace was the friendly staff, especially the lady by the name of Dewi. Without the above hiccups, it is actually a good place to stay if you are on a budget.

Очень неоднозначный отель с сильно завышенными оценками. Началось с того что наш большой номер по непонятным причинам оказался занят и это в день рождения дочери. В результате получили номер в домике на 2 номера с в раза 2 меньше площадью. После припирательств и возмущений нам сделали 1 ночь бесплатной с возвратом кэшем. Мы остались, т.к. альтернативы или подорожали или были забронены. Плюсы: - очень хорошая локация, близко магазины, большой молл Icon, пляж, обменники, кофейни и рестораны, удобно выезжать сразу на север и восток острова и 30 мин до аэропорта. - удивительно тихо, ни петухов, ни мотоциклов, ни ора кого-либо, но контингент в основном престарелые. - отдельная комната для багажа и душевая где можно помыться помле выселения и дня поездок - в целом приветливый персонал - достойный бассейн Минусы. -очень маленькие комнаты и сильно поношенные с абсолютно нулевой звукоизоляцией (там просто стекла обычные с дырками в деревянных рамах и дырявые деревянные входные двери). -очень узкий и невысокий вход, постоянно нужно открывать защелку у второй створки -очень тусклый свет везде и разболтанные розетки -маленькая ванная и высокая раковина, невозможно толком расставить где либо свои принадлежности, нпдо тащить тумбу. С ребенкрм будут сплошные проблемы. По сути реально это выглядит номером на одного. - репелент (комары есть), чайник надо просить. - завтрак скудный, но реьенка можно накормить, но если ночей не много. - приходилось просить чтоб не курили у бассейна и не ставили пепельниц ибо по умолчанию это разрешено там и пепел летит в бассеин. - полное отсутствие табличек. Нет табличек ”не беспокоить”, поэтому уборщики ломятся все убирать и перекладывать, как зомби, когда им вздумается, даже если на 5 мин вышел ополоснуться в бассейне и одежду всю оставил с документами на кровати. Нет табличек что скажем нельзя кидать туалетную бумагу в унитаз, поэтому у нас он забился прочно на 2й день.

Shockingly, Poor Initial Room, Improved, But Still Lacking Our stay at Azana Boutique Hotel was a mixed experience. The initial room that was assigned was in a deplorable state. Mould was visible in multiple areas, the drain under the faucet was leaking, and the bed linens were visibly dirty. To add to the distress, the room was infested with ants and spider webs, creating an unsanitary and unsettling environment. It was truly shocking that such a room was offered to guests. Thankfully, the staff were responsive to our complaints and promptly moved us to a significantly better room the following day. However, the initial experience left a lasting negative impression on our stay. The Superior King Room, even after the upgrade, lacked essential amenities like a refrigerator, safe, and microwave. The absence of an ice machine on the premises was also inconvenient. Furthermore, the lobby restroom was consistently unclean. The floors were always wet, likely due to inadequate cleaning procedures, creating a hazardous and unhygienic environment for guests. Overall: While the upgraded room was a considerable improvement, the initial room was unacceptable, and the lack of basic amenities in the Superior King Room were significant drawbacks. Recommendation: I strongly advise potential guests to inquire in detail about room conditions and amenities before booking at Azana Boutique Hotel. I hope this more detailed review is helpful!

The location was a bit inconvenient because it was a bit inside, but it was convenient to walk to the beach and Icon Bali. The facilities were also built last year, so the room condition was the best, and it was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was really clean, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept well. It was a great value for money accommodation.
