Location was excellent in Canggu. Great food choices along the street and walking distance to the beach. Staff were friendly and always greet us with a smile. Amenities needed to be requested as they are eco friendly. They are happy to provide. Gave us more water when requested. Comfortable beds and sheets. Snoozed all the way and had great sleep. Only that I find the room a little smaller than usual.

Service staff from lobby to room, restaurant & pool are all very👍, cheerful & helpful. Wide variety of breakfast foods with attentive staff services, it’s the best we have experienced. Beautiful sunset view at swimming pool❤️

The hotel is located at canngu, near beach, 7-11 close by. Lots of restaurants and clothing shop around. Hotel staffs are super helpful. The best choice in canngu

The only good thing I will rate 5 of 5 for this hotel would be the breakfast. Staff for the breakfast very friendly and attentive to guests needs. Good job. Thanks for cooking us a good breakfast.

The hotel just opened this year and it’s immaculately clean! The views from the room and pool are wonderful. It’s great to watch the sunset from the rooftop pool. The hotel is also a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The beach isn’t great for swimming though so if you want to swim we suggest taking a taxi to Kuta.

Overall the Hotel is lovely, I’d give it a 7/10.
Pros:
good location in Canggu
Breakfast buffet was delicious
Coffee was great!
Decent kids club
Pool is nice but can get overcrowded easily
Kids room is perfect for families as it has bunk beds.
Cons:
Room design is poor and very small. We travelled with a baby and requested a cot. With the cot in the room it became very difficult to move around.
We had to request a bigger room (kids room)
Light switches - these have to be the most confusing switches I’ve ever used. It’s basically a game of pushing them all at different intervals to try and get the correct lights to go on/off
Choose the room with ocean view unless you want to overlook construction sites (but noise didn’t affect in room)
Not pram friendly - limited ramps for pram
The power cut out on consecutive days in our room which was annoying given the heat.
Staff service was average, some struggled to converse in English
Overall, I’d stay there again but would book the bigger room for sure.
