Beach front near to restaurant and bar Comfortable bed but air conditioning is not so good If u wanna eat something i recommend room service’s food it was like 40k ruppiah

위치가 너무 좋아요. 해변가, 쇼핑몰, 편의점 많음..등등 청결도는 처참해요…. 진심으로 제 새끼 손가락만큼 큰 바퀴벌레를 3마리나 잡았어요. 심지어 1마리는 침대밑으로 들어가서 못잡았어요. 그리고 1층 룸으로 받아서 방에 들어갔는 데 발코니 같은 공간이 있고, 벽면에 거울들이 세워져 있더라고요. 공간은 그냥 남은 공간이어서 비워넣은 것 같은 데 개소름 돋는 게 옆 방의 같은 공간이랑 연결되어 있어요. 발코니같은 공간의 문은 잠글 수 있게 되어 있지만 통유리이고 언제든 누군가가 나를 볼 수 있수조 있다는 게 소름이에요. 하루만 예약해서 다행이에요

Great location, very satisfied with the facility etc. but make sure you book executive room. we upgraded.

Pool is not good as the photo and the elevator going down is scary as it might collapse or something like it.

كان الفندق لطيفًا، مثل فندق 4 نجوم، يمكننا القول، فقط كان هناك توقيت يعمل على إيقاف تشغيل مكيف الهواء بعد وقت معين، وكانت هذه هي المشكلة، ولكن كل شيء آخر كان رائعًا، في الطابق العلوي مع حمام السباحة وبوفيه الإفطار كان جيدًا أيضًا.

The location of the hotel is okay, but the room was extremely damp and even had a musty, moldy smell. What’s worse is that when I tried to check in on the afternoon of June 5th, 2025, I discovered that the electronic door lock was broken and couldn’t lock at all. I immediately reported it to the front desk — not only verbally, but also using a translator to make sure they understood. However, it seemed like there was some communication issue. A person who looked like a manager sent a young staff member (possibly a part-time student) to “teach” me how to use the lock — as if I just didn’t know how to open the door, instead of believing the lock was actually broken. They asked me to wait in the room while they figured it out… and made me wait for 40 minutes without any update. I finally went down to the front desk again, frustrated, and only then did they agree to switch me to another room. Originally, they were still planning to have someone come and fix the lock on the spot. Completely unacceptable. The room I was moved to even had a smaller bathroom than the original one. Worst of all, the whole delay ruined my plans to go watch the sunset at the beach that evening. In total, the check-in process ended up taking nearly an hour — absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. Overall, it was a really terrible experience. If you’re staying just for the convenience of the location, then maybe it’s tolerable — but otherwise, I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Any of the neighboring hotels would probably be a better choice.

위치는 쿠타비치 바로 앞이라 접근성도 좋고 루프탑에서 바다뷰도 끝내줍니다!

All rooms without windows -All the rooms smell damp (humidity)... this is bad for your health... I don't know who came up with the idea of making a hotel where the rooms don't have windows in front of beach😂.... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

مشكلة أناس يفتحون الباب فجاءه نامل أن يكون في خصوصيه

性價比非常高，房間衞生，門口就是海灘，樓內有按摩，酒吧，但條件肯定沒法和五星酒店比啊。
