Reality: The "City View" rooms turned out to be quite noisy, located next to a road with constant motorcycle traffic. I stayed in room 546, which was near what seemed like a woodworking factory. The sound of machinery could be heard in the afternoon. The cleanliness could also use some improvement. Experience: Overall, things were fine. I’m not usually one to complain about small things, but there are areas where the hotel could improve. For example, the toilet seat was broken (though still usable), and the balcony lamp wasn’t working. What surprised me the most was the hotel charging IDR 15k for each piece of cutlery if you bring in outside food. I’ve never encountered this at any other hotel.
