Great food

The breakfast was delightful with a great variety! However, the bedding and towels could use an update as they seem a bit worn. This hotel could benefit from some renovations to truly match its 4-star status. On the bright side, the staff is very friendly. Plus the room we had no view just a building with a blank wall! Windows were very dirty needs to be cleaned.

Great if you need a hotel close to the airport. Friendly staff. Clean room.

Bedrock Hotel Bali – Disappointing Stay Despite Good Location I recently stayed at Bedrock Hotel Bali, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. While the only redeeming quality of this hotel is its convenient location near the airport, almost every other aspect left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, and the bedsheets did not appear fresh or properly maintained. It was quite disappointing to see such basic hygiene standards overlooked. The service was equally lackluster, with staff being either unresponsive or indifferent to guest concerns. As a vegetarian, I found the breakfast options extremely limited and poorly thought out. There was hardly anything suitable or appealing for someone with dietary restrictions, which made mornings quite frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless proximity to the airport is your absolute priority and you have no expectations for comfort, cleanliness, or hospitality.

The first day, the staff were nice and welcoming. The room smelt of mould, the towels and bed sheet was dirty. We didn’t say anything due to a flight the next day but they charged us for these. I felt like the hotel was a scam, would NEVER stay here again!!!! We had to pay 900k
