استمتعتُ بإقامتي هناك! الموظفون ودودون ومتعاونون، ووجبات الإفطار رائعة، وخدمة الغرف ممتازة! الموقع ممتاز، مع أنني اضطررتُ للمشي للوصول إلى أجهزة الصراف الآلي. لذا، يُفضّل الدفع نقدًا مسبقًا. الغرفة نظيفة للغاية، والمسبح جميل. سأعود للإقامة هناك بالتأكيد عندما تتاح لي الفرصة.

هاها، كنت أبحث عن سكن جيد وفعال من حيث التكلفة، لذا بحثت عن فندق نظيف قدر الإمكان، لم يكن الموقع هو الأفضل، لكنه كان نظيفًا وكانت الخدمة جيدة أيضًا. شكرًا لك.

Honestly you get what you pay for. It’s cheap and so the room is average the cleanliness is not up to my standards. The bed sheets are uncomfortable but the bed is fine. There was a huge caterpillar inside the room, though I know that can’t really be helped. The staff were lovely and the breakfast presentation was impressive. With a few small changes, deep cleaning and new bedding this hotel would be a really nice budget option. But as is, I would unfortunately not return.

The hotel is about an 8 minuite walk from the center of Ubud. The hotel is very quiet at night which is nice after walking the streets and restaurants and shops in the centre of town. You can relax and the staff are EXTREMELY helpful and cater for all your needs. They use WhatsApp so you can order your breakfast to your room every day and sit on the porch in front of the small pool which we did every morning. The rooms are clean and air conditioned with fresh towels and bedsheets available everyday if you ask. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very popular serving a variety of healthy food and meals. Perfect for couples or single traveler's. Highly recommended this hotel for a nice relaxing stay.

Bon accueil, personnel très agréable. Villa sympa. Chambres propres avec tout le confort nécessaire. Concernant l’espace extérieur, le coin kitchenette et salon est petit mais bien équipé. La piscine est très agréable (mais fraîche). Il manque peut-être des transats. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Situation géographique ok (10 min à pieds de l’hyper centre d’Ubud).

Everything about our stay here was perfect from start to finish. Check in was smooth and efficient. Friendly welcoming staff that looked after our luggage with care. We stayed in 2 bedroom private villa the rooms, pool and kitchen area were spotless. Very comfortable bed. Always had hot water. Chrome cast set up during our stay to allow us to watch films. All staff were professional and went out of there way to make our stay comfortable, especially Andy the manager! Cannot find any fault with this beautiful place, will definitely be returning.

Good food, best staff and close to the local market

Restaurant bien situé non loin des centres d’intérêts. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont super. Par contre l’état de la chambre n’est pas terrible, les finitions et le mobilier est ancien. Attention, pas d’ascenseur pour les personnes que ça n’arrange pas

Out of the way in Unud A very noisy street location and no real Pool area as it was infront of other peoples rooms and small like a villa pool. Breakfast was ok but must be preordered so that can lead to being prepared long before actual breakfast time. It was nice enough but a little rustic for our taste.

Super nice hotel, which has a private villa in the complex. The place is nice and clean and within walking distance of the city centre. Which is very convenient

Very nice place to stay

In over ten trips to Bali, this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. We booked 4 nights and paid upfront, which in retrospect was a terrible mistake as we stayed for 12 hours and subsequently lost $1800 Australian dollars when they refused to refund any portion whatsoever. This was despite the primary reason for leaving early relating to a child nearly suffering a scalding injury related to their substandard plumbing which was allowing boiling water surges randomly. In addition when we arrived in quickly became apparent that the website completely lies about the presence of an onsite restaurant - there is NO dinner service as advertised, and there appears to be 2 tables with seats in a dingy lobby only. The room smelled of mold, was infested with mosquitos. It is also not near the main ***** and there was no solution catering for guests who might have trouble walking to the central ***** (eg with young children); which is an issue given how hard it is with traffic to get around Ubud. For the price they are charging - over $400 AUD a night, there is no luxury or real service to speak of at all. When we respectfully asked for at least a partial refund due to being very upset our child narrowly avoiding a burn we were flatly refused throughout, despite there being a safety issue, hiding behind we could have asked for another room - the staff never offered this as an option at the time of us raising the complaint, but frankly after your child has nearly been seriously injured on a property you aren't keen to stay. In any other property I have stayed in Bali this would have been resolved with grace and good understanding - this place just ripped us off with not a second thought. DISGUSTING.

We’ll be back! Excellent location near the heart of Ubud with incredible restaurants within walking distance and just far enough away from the buzz to chill in our private pool during down time. The layout could not have been better for us with two kids sharing their own massive bed with ensuite within the same villa. The service was perfect, beautiful breakfasts arrived every morning. Thank you guys 🙏

The service staff and food are excellent. Special mention to DEWI! She should be given a raise!
