I booked this hotel and paid by card, then arrived at the hotel, but no one met me. There was no reception and no staff at the hotel. I found the phone number, called and asked "How can I get room keys?" and was told "All rooms in our hotel are occupied and this is some kind of *********** app error, we can't give you a room, please cancel your reservation". How come the reservation is paid and confirmed, but there are no available rooms? This was the first time I encountered such unprofessionalism. So much time wasted. I recommend that you stay away from this place.

Hello, I booked for my family (with 2 children) this hotel for 4 nights in August 2022. My reservation was for a suite and a studio. 3 days before my arrival, the hotel sends me an email to tell me that they don't have the suite, but that we could sleep 4 in the studio by adding beds .... I refused .... So I found myself with 2 children without accommodation... I saw on several sites that they give rooms according to their availability, even if you have booked....

Hotel con bastante potencial pero muy descuidado, las habitaciones necesitan un lavado de cara al igual que los baños y las instalaciones en general. La piscina está bien,carece de desayuno. Elegiría cualquier otro hotel por la zona antes q este.
