Good.....

Perfect villa This place is amazing.. the staff their from reception to the kitchen staff and the clearners/maintenance staff are great every morning every single one would say good morning and make sure to make conversatiins where possible. These villas are exactly what you need after a long day out do activities to just come back and chill in your own villa. Also to the amazing ladys at the jas spa 100% would recommend going to them. I would definitely stay here again.

Not what you think you’re paying for. The property is very shabby. It looked like there had been no basic maintenance and upkeep in a decade. The phots online are not reflective of the true condition of the property. We booked for 6 nights but only stayed 1 and then relocated.

Definitely I will come back to Jas Villa Seminyak again next year. I like evry single thing about this place. The room are clean the staff in Jas Villas are amazing. The restaurant is so good. Evry morning I get breakfast in the room. Unbelievable.

The propertly was lovely, we are pretty laid back though. The rooms are not exactly spotless but if you've been to Bali before you kind of know the standard is a bit low. Our kitchen and bathroom looks nice but everything is 1 use from falling apart. Lots of things were broken in our room however we loved the space and the pool. We would return but i think theres some nicer places for the same price. Also its very hard to communicate with the staff, so you need to be very patient and confirm everything over and over. Location isn't really walkable to anything you'll always need a bike or car. The restaurants food is below average so unless getting a beverage i wouldn't rely on eating here. I would return but i hope they really fix some things up.

The pictures shown on their website and here is a false depiction from the actual condition of the property. This property is poorly maintained and the cleanliness is completely trash. After I had checked in, I immediately noticed the difference between what was advertised and what was in front of me. For starters, there is a used water bottle left behind from the last guest in the fridge. The floor towel which was supposed to be white is grey. Stains and water spots all over mirrors. Moreover, the amenities provided in the bathroom was used. Paint chips all over the property. When I raised these complaint to the front desk, they offered another room which was the same condition after I toured it. Then they offered me to stay at their sisters property 10 minutes away. I asked them if the condition is the same as this one since I obviously can’t trust anything I see online from them. The lady said “I cannot guarantee condition of the property”. Then I told them I’d like cancel my reservation, they told me I’ll need to pay for my full stay. Still to this day, they refused to refund me my money. Absolutely horrible business practice. It is also important to note that this place is tucked away in one of the streets down an alley. Not a short walk to the main road either. The grab driver that dropped us off from the airport had a hard time finding this place. When we waited for a grab to pick us up, we also had issues with people finding us and end up waiting a long time. Overall a bad property to stay at.

It was very dated and could of been cleaner. Very old furniture and bedding not that clean.

Overall room was ok but the food was not very good. Pool area also looked congested. Bathroom had no drainage and wifi kept fluctuating. Location was very good but maintainence can be better

Overall a good experience, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were pretty clean, a little older than the pictures. A little TLC and it could be nicer!

The first villa we checked into had no running water. We upgraded to a larger villa at a cost. Nice villa but poorly maintained. Loose fixings, faulty locks. Staff not very friendly or attentive.

Excellent stay at Jas Villas

Stayed at this Villa back in 2017 and loved it. When I returned, I was so shocked at the 360 degree turn because it's so run down. So many mosquitos, flies (other villas I stayed in don't have much flies!), lizards are literally like everywhere and worst, cockroaches! WiFi is so lousy. TV has limited channel. We're just lucky we're there for 2 nights and couldn't even wait to check out. Super mental torture. The only thing that we love is the aircon so this deserves 1 star only. Will never return. Since they're so many villas now, can use that money for other villas that's renovated or new or near to main road.

Great room, clean and exactly as advertised. Nice to have a separate lounge room, bathroom was large and clean. Private pool was great. And staff were amazing. Everything was clean and well maintained
