Мы тут были в 24 году и 25 году. Это лучшее место за свою цену. Полный кайф получили от проживания ( хорошие виллы с личным бассейном термальной водой). Завтраки шикарные ( можно поесть лучшим находясь в воде). Огромный аквапарк - но мы туда не ходили. Людей нет - только мы были вдвоем . Отличное романтическое место .

Commentaires pas du tout objectifs !!!! Les critiques dans les commentaires ne sont vraiment pas objectifs. On a failli annulé notre réservation en fonction de ceux ci. Même si l’hôtel est vieux les mouches sont dues à la région agricole, à quel moment c’est la faute de l’hôtel ? Vous êtes dans un pays où les chambres (plafonds) et salle de bain sont souvent à l’air libre. Allez dans un club Med ! En tout cas nous avons passé un bon moment, les repas sont bons, les eaux thermales et chambres propres … et la décoration kitch … bon c’est kitch mais ça n’enlève pas le confort ! Et pour les mouches … ne venez dans la région et restez à la plage !

Good but I don't like that has animals in cages! The villas are beautiful and comfortable but need maintenance which is difficult due to the climate and the size of the property. The service is very good. Cleaning could improve. With a little more care than the above, the hotel could be very good. The only thing that is very wrong is that they have 3 poor roosters locked up and suffering all day and night in 3 tiny cages. This is cruelty!!! Also when people take vacations they like to sleep late and the roasters woke up us at 5:00. Please let them free!!!!!! The animals don't belong to us!!!

Not as expected. Didnt realise when we booked, that the Villas are tucked onto the side of a water theme park, which is open to the paying public. We had our own self contained villa and own pool, with a locked private garden. There is nothing to stop day visitors wandering around the paths between villas. The villa was ok, but tired; the wooden floor needs revarnishing, the swim deck had loose boards and some protruding nails and the net curtain in the bedroom was stained, so I felt it was overpriced at $316AU night. Breakfast buffet was only available one day of our stay, after that we had to order from the menu, which was limited. There are 8 public pools, which are pleasantly warm. They are spring fed; emptied at dusk; refilled overnight and are not chlorinated, so dont swallow the water. The water in the shower is the same warm water as the pools so no hot shower. There is a very small shop 200 metres away, so BYO snacks; especially BYO alcohol for in your villa. The ATM 50 m away does not take Aust cards. The flies are ABSOLUTELY awful. The resort is cashless, with a wristband bar code, you put credit on. Check in was a little slow, but the explanation of the resort and the credit wrist bands was rushed and difficult to understand, I asked for it to be repeated but it wasnt. The resort is overdone in purple with hundreds of elephant statues. Some mornings, there is an aerobics class, with incredibly loud music at 7am. There are steps and stairs everywhere, not wheelchair accessible.

Great location with welcoming and friendly staff This hotel is a in a fantastic location and has a lot going for it. Pity the maintenance is not fully up to date for a 20 plus year old hotel. The staff are great and super helpful. The view and hot springs are wonderful and super relaxing. On a side note, don’t bother to ask for any specific or special requests as they don’t follow up. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel and we confirmed our request on our last stay 4 weeks ago.

Flies are relentless There were flies everywhere on the food at the restaurants/buffet, when getting massages, and when trying to sit at the pool. We ended our stay a day early, as we could not stand it.

Wij zien hierheen gebracht door onze tour guide. De entree is vrij duur en de plek zelf is behoorlijk verouderd. Het ergste is dat het daar bezaaid is met vliegen. Zoveel vliegen heb ik er nog nooit gezien. Echt een plaag. Niet naartoe gaan!!!

A great place to visit and spend with or without family. 8 hot spring pools and slides ..a great family day well spent. One of the hottest pools has a bar where we ordered food and drinks, a lunch that everyone in the family enjoyed. Kids were tired by the end of the day and the only killer for the day was the distance as we went from Kuta and took us over 2.5 hours one way plus a little more on the return trip due to traffic. But was a great place to visit and is highly recommended

We stopped for a soak after doing an early morning hike up Mt Batur. For this purpose it was great. We soaked in the warm waters - multiple pools and a beautiful view of the lake behind you. The warmest pool has a swim up bar with a rickety old set of chairs that need to be redone. If you get out of the pool and try to sit in a lounge chair, or eat at the dining hall, you will be BOMBARDED by FLIES! We had to cover our food with saran wrap just to sit there and eat. It definitely expedited our exit.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY This place is tired, in desperate need in renovation & dirty changing room & dirty restaurant. 100’s of flies everywhere Asked to order our food when we arrived - ordered it for 9.30 am & when we returned no-one knew what we were talking about - so we left. In fairness probably the right decision as we would have got food poisoning as there were flies all over the food which was out on the side Feel completely ripped off - spent 45 minute la at the location. Such a shame after an amazing time seeing the sunrise at Mount Batur.
