This place has one of the friendliest staff I have ever met. It felt like visiting a family villa as all the staff members take care of you like their family. The place has amazing views of rice terrace and we enjoyed the views sitting by the pool. They also offer free shuttle service to Ubud Palace which is a big plus.

酒店裝修環境還不錯，價格性價比高，缺點是蚊蟲太多了，螞蟻還在桌面上爬， 床也比較潮濕，整體比較原生態，前台服務員小姐姐人很不錯

Отель-Вилла, в хорошем месте, зелень, красота, панорама. При заезде дали номер у дороги, я отказалась, опять разговор, что нужно доплатить 100000 за ночь за номер в глубине виллы, я отказалась. Через 20 минут поиска нашли номер у бассейна. В бассейне можно плавать. Есть свободные номера, зачем этот развод и не приятный осадок, когда клиенту приятно и нравиться он приедет ещё и ещё раз. Есть выбор на завтрак, мне понравились кофе и смузи. Номер уставший большой и беленький, ванна (покрашена белой краской внутри), уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Постельное белье не меняли, только застилали кровать. Шум с дороги от байков и машин по ночам сильно слышно и ещё Караоке у лягушек и дискотека у гепонов - тут уже ничего не поделаешь, мне живность не мешает. Есть трансфер из отеля до Палас-Убуд по времени.

How do I even begin! The staff made it all. Their hospitality from A-Z was the best service I've had that even outweighs 5 star hotels I've stayed around the world. Rudi the manager, Jero, Nyoman, Wiwid, Arika. All become family. I stayed 2 nights during Nyepi and had the best sleep, ever, on the most comfiest bed in Jepun #3. The massage chair in the balcony was the highlight of the room watching the stars and relaxing my body which was so much needed after a busy week. They catered my complimentary breakfast to my room past 10am (when they close the buffet) as I tend to eat later during the day. The pool was immaculate. The space to walk and breath the gorgeous expansive rice fields view was exactly what I was desiring for Nyepi in silence. They all taught us how to prepare canang sari flower offerings and fruit offerings as well as learning how to dance - so much fun and connections with new friends / guests. Arika was such a sweetheart to make popcorn for me and watch the stars by the pool during Nyepi night in silence with all the lights switched off at the hotel. We watched fireflies and had a sweet short talk about her life in Bali. I loved my stay so much that it deserves more than 5 stars And once again, it all came down to the staff. Forever grateful to your kindness, laughter, fun energy and family like service, hospitality, love and care. With so much respect and love to you all - I can't wait to return!

I recently had a wonderful stay at B.Saya Hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The service quality was exceptional; every staff member was attentive and eager to help. Their friendly attitudes and genuine smiles made my experience truly enjoyable. The breakfast offered at the hotel was another highlight. This is a wonderful hotel in a perfect location for central Ubud. The rooms are clean and comfortable with wonderful traditional décor. The staff and attentive and friendly and always there to help and answer questions. The pool area is beautiful. I'd highly recommend this hotel and will 100% stay again if I'm ever back in Ubud

Fantástico hotel, desde el personal que siempre intenta satisfacer tus necesidades. Habitaciones amplias. Tanto si dan al arrozal como si dan a la selva las vistas son estupendas. Tienen servicio de subida y bajada a ubud. Lo recomendaría!

Everything about the hotel was nice. They have a free shuttle back and forth to the town center, a few minutes away. Staff were very nice. Nice pool. For those who might enjoy walking, there is a nice ridge trail not too far away. Best to ask for details.

This place is amazing! Location is good as you will be in a more private/not so busy area yet you are just 3-5 mins away from Central. They offer daily cleaning, free shuttle service to and from Ubud Palace. Amazing staff! Bonus is a great view of subset amidst a ricefield, while lounging in their pool.

El mejor hotel en el que me he alojado! Si pudiera le pondría más estrellas aún! Estéticamente hermoso y cálido. Su personal muy humano y atento. La ubicación a unos pasos del centro e incluso tiene traslado gratuito para ir y venir. Te reciben con un trago de bienvenida, nos hicieron un upgrade a la habitación Jepun que amamos! Con mosquitero que lo hacía muy cálido y una bañera hermosa que dos veces nos llenaron con pétalos. Te dan yoga mat y tienen un salón de yoga hermoso que da a la selva. Tan atentos que hasta me dieron unos sahumerios y velas para mis sesiones de yoga. El desayuno es exquisito ! Tenes para elegir variedad de jugo-café- y platos , e incluso un mini buffet donde poder servirte algunas tostadas , frutas y medialunas de forma ilimitada. Cada día dejaban una ofrendita en la habitación y todo el hotel está decorado con pequeños detalles de flores. La pileta es un sueño, es infinita y da a un arrozal . Hay construcciones cerca como en todo UBUD, pero en las habitaciones no se siente nada en lo absoluto. Tan agradecida con este equipo que me regalaron la mejor estadía !!! No lo dudes !!! Vas a amar B Saya Villa !!!
